When you put it on a chart...change timeframes and then back again. It has to be able to scale the plots based on what is visible in your charts.

Actually...

Show me the parameters at the TOP of that window. GBPUSD isn't being shown there. I know for two reasons...

#1- Plot_SymbolTwo is set to false.
#2- The line that is on the chart is Orange, which is assigned to SymbolOne_Color.

It looks like its plotting a mirrored EU to me. You may just need to flick TF's.

i could just open another to have 2... i have wanted this thing for at least 3 years.. thanks man.. at those points with other signals could be killers.. a real time assessment of weakness. with real time ma of all tf.. add some confluence with other things at those points.. and it should reduce failed trades and limit sl.. this thing is bad azz..

1- Set your EU chart to display as a Line Chart. Look for this icon at the top of your terminal...

2. Drop the indie on the chart. In the input parameters, add your lf to the end of EURUSD in SymbolOne (very first parameter in the list).

3. Press OK.

That's it.

u c... it has to be true to turn on #2... i did, it works.

as crazy as this sounds. Ma used for s/r dont always work. true..
the reason i state this is with the mirror. just like your showing on a 1 sma.. a bigger sma may show future movements.. it will be wrong just like a normal ma is.. but at times it will be right. because the past moves patterns build the future moves very often.. so allowing me/you to tweak those mirrors ma could be a good thing.. u never know, because its never been done

I have a way to do it. Will get it going soon. This indie isn't even using an 1 MA, though...or any MA. I had to go a different (perfectly mirrored) route.

Will have...ANY Period, Type etc MA solution soon. Have already played with it extensively...just not ready for primetime yet. Does seem useful, though.

Apart from the MA's...is it doing exactly what you want? It's pretty cool on Major, Major, Cross pairs, too...

I see a few uses for it.

So...

Gator is having the problem where he MUST set Plot_SymbolTwo to true, and put GBPUSD in SymbolTwo in order to have either SymbolOne or Two show up on his chart. I also got a PM from somebody with exactly the same problem. Anybody else? I can't reproduce it here at all.

Not saying this is it for sure, but have certainly seen it happen before. I updated MT4 over the weekend, and that ex4 file was compiled with this version...

If you're running a version below that...it can cause some funk. Go to the Help menu and select About to see which version you're running.

Two things...

#1- I'll post an mql version of it today or tomorrow...just want to finish a few things without having several revisions kicking around out of the gate.. If the MT4 version discrepancy is causing an issue, it should go away when you compile the source version on your build. In the meantime...

#2- If you want to track three different pairs, you want Plot_SymbolTwo set to true anyway, so it isn't a problem. If you just want a mirror image of EURUSD (or xxx pair), Just set...

-Your Main chart to EURUSD, Line chart

Attach the indie and set...
-SymbolOne to EURUSD*, Mirroring to true
-Plot_SymbolTwo to true
-SymbolTwo to EURUSD*, Mirroring to true

(*suffix, upper/lowercase, etc. rules apply, naturally)

That should work fine for now, I believe. Maybe someone with the problem can give it a shot and let me know.

playing it like this til something changes.. i dont know where bounces will happen. they usually happen before the next yellow line then again after a break.. for instance this time or near future i expect 3015 to break.. sometime after a bounce before 2952.. if wrong 3079 is the other opposite.
