Finally we got what the markets were riding on the EU summit. Now we can move.

Banking regulation approved. They should have done the decision and talks 3 years ago and avoided most of the latest pain....but that's prolly the most efficient EU summit since the crisis started.

EZ bond markets don't lie, They never have lie about EZ debt on the highs or on the lows.

Deep pullbacks below historical average lows. Italian 2yrs flirting below 2%, Irish below 2%!!!, Spanish ticking below 4%, same on the long term ones....even Portugal aggressively down and flirting to came back to pre bailout panic levels (that will be something that will prolly mark the end of the crisis but for later)...and even Greece ticking down (but useless as is in stratospheric, unsustainable levels)

That should be the EZ 4th season finale for this year. Series is not over yet (they should expel Greece and put a final end to this mess) for next year but is thousands of miles better than the last 4 years ...with a final push from the politicians to complete all the promises, the ECB as strong Support and with a few positive macroeconomic #s (Q4 / Christmas is key in my books) they will turn the page short term (the structural problems of the Piigs will be there for another 100 years until they implement reforms).

Euro, tracking 1.306x for London for a final push to the highs and beyond (run of stops to 1.327x). Failure opens lots of air until key 1.296x (that will be finally settle after this FA) but this trade for today looks harder to find a good trigger (r:r) so I would prolly pass and look somewhere else....

The ECB will begin by supervising banks that received state aid and then large cross-border firms, with all of the eurozone's 6,000 banks set to come under its aegis by 2014.

Good news

The only missing piece of the puzzle for the current summit is that all EU countries must submit their national fiscal budgets to Germany for final approval before implementation
