Indeed amazing trade. How did you make it so the MT has drawn the trade arrow in a live trade? I am in MT4 the last 4.5 years and as far as I know such arrows are drawn only when you run an Expert Advisor in a test mode.

Go to account history, click on desirable trade and drag on the chart. And that's it.

There is a real chance for EURUSD to reach 1.3150 in the coming few days. Will know better in the end of tomorrow session.

Lot of market rumors,mike heads saying the same and history shows when major sources like Bloomberg etc say BUY most likely big money goes opposite.
I won't be surprised back to 28

I went strategic short on Euro at 31 and may add more shorts if London pushes higher.
This is rumor,hype driven and bloom will get busted.Price hit a resistance on the left.Blue line.

Two things:
a) EU Summit later this week creates a lot of uncertainty and it is generally expected that Spain will formally ask for bailout at the summit which is (beleived to be ) very Euro bullish.
b) Can you recommend reading on Donchian and his system (biography too - you intrigued me - I had no idea he was an Armenian; I am not, but Armenia is not far from my old country and we even used to be the same state when I was still living there as a kid).

Sorry late response.I was watching the debate.
Every trade is exposure to risk so if doesn't work no worries I just exist.

About Donchian
I am an Armenian myself.What attracts me about Donchian is how his ideas never died but in fact being implemented every day by corporate investment banking.
He seriously started trading at age 65!!!! and quickly made millions.By 75 he was partying all night and trading in the morning.The guy had a passion and it takes passionate commitment to trading to succeed and half ass efforts don't work.
Donchian principles are complex and the guy knew great deal but in a nut shell he believed once in a breakout to stay with trend until the end hence cover 4 losses for 1 big win.
Dennis Richard was a follower of Donchian system and Turtles traded his methods.
One of my favorite Donchian rule
Seldom take a position in the direction of an immediately preceding three-day move. Wait for a one-day reversal.
Fib retrace basically.
For practical reasons its hard implementing Donchian to currency because of swap and drawdown for retail trader because you must stay in the trend for months potentially however Banks have no problems doing just that.
Anyway lot of material on google about him.

I see from your chart that it is significantly different from the template you posted at your original posted rules?

Or maybe a "refresh" post of the most recent rules compiled into 1 new post, say and point a link to it on your Post#1?

nothing different except for the replacement of 12EMA with PAC, but Yes you are right.... i need some time to consolidate.... to get the folks on right track...

The lines are OK. Only the time frame is 4-hourly bar chart.
The "envelopes" are 8 EMA low and 8 EMA high, 72 EMA and 200 EMA.

To get the broader picture it is wise to watch these too (H4 and D1).

My view of the benefits of 8-8 EMAs substituting the 12 EMA:

8-8 EMAs are replacing the 12 EMA in order to get the PAC (PA Channel) to serve for three reasons:
1) To determine the strength of the signal (the deeper the entry after the 72 EMA rejection, the better the signal i.e. the strenght of the entry point)
2) To avoid RANGE markets (candlesticks remain trapped inside the horizontal PAC inbetween the 8-8 EMAs), meaning that there is a good chance u lose money for indecision;
3) to better determine the strenght of the trend once u are already in (riding the vawe. i.e. the outermost EMA depending on direction - upper one when long and lower one when short) and get some help with the exit and potential reentry.

It's great. I love it.
