Thanks for that,I've read this entire thread and find the techniques to be a very good compliment to my PA trading.I've never been confident with taking touch trades on their own so would be interested in your success rate with this type of trade.Cheers.

No problem.
Keep in mind I could bust every trade for the next two weeks but that doesn't mean TT aren't reliable or a viable way to extract profits.
I was in a draw down this summer, June through August, before getting my account back up to highs in September. There is always variance in any trading method, there are always draw downs and these are influenced more so by personal schedules (eg missing trades, vacations, etc), not to mention mismanagement & poor decisions, which happen from time to time.
As posted earlier in this thread, I highly recommend consistent trading/backtesting via ForexTester/similar program to build confidence, both in the early stages of trading this method and during periods of doubt (draw down). I feel traders changing shit or rolling to another method just because of normal variance is a major error.
AUD/JPY, overhead resistance at 80.67. Can we break to the upside?

It sure is an area to watch, I have an alert setup myself just above there. Watch out for fakeout moves though (potentially SPF). I also wish the level was a little cleaner.
Just my 2 cents on AUDJPY ... I'm note sure its the best SFP setup any more. At least based on what I've seen. I was expecting to see it happen when it first came back into the 80.78 area.
But the tightly grouped series of new HL and HH after touching will likely be making any trend traders left nervous so the stops may be piled up just above the 80.90s so it still might work - however with limited downside room.
The hammered support at 79.40 maybe biasing my views bearishly and also the a desire for Yen strength (GBPJPY short is turding around and costing me swap).

Looking at the 80.78 level on the Daily its not the best level its been formed without much space between touches. So I agree with Sam that its not a great level.
As a I said in the last post I'm waiting for the break and retest of 79.40s otherwise I'm likely got to leave AUDJPY alone.
