with channels - I would rather get the angle of price movement than exact "to the pip" lines

btw, what do you mean by normal move back to 2870...
the pair has few straight lines. it goes 3 steps forward 2 steps back, more times then not. count them on the posted fib chart. 3 steps forward to 2952.. two steps back to 287x... it happens more times then not.. seldom does the pa work this way in a day like on the chart. but this one fits what i have,, ..

the bad thing about tl's are, 10 different people draw them, 10 different ways. i figure the purpose of doing something. is doing it precise so you can later duplicate your trading. if things are done different ways. its hard to know if you were right or wrong or just lucky. lucky is hard to duplicate.

Yep. Not liking the pennant forming on the 1h. Usually is indicative of continuation...

I always hate this. Looking at it 1h looks kind of like supply consumption... or rejection? Or both? Fek me! hehehe.

Was just looking back at that H1 bear flag from Monday through the roll. Don't know how I missed that glorious mofo. Well...I do actually. Was eating turkey for CAD Thanksgiving. Nice one, though!

Bastard play at the moment seems to be to take out stops above 2990ish. Then...while there...why not fak with 1.30, too? Crack any barriers, then make a decision from there.

The higher the better, I suppose.

Four consecutive H1 closes above the 200sma, too. Not by much...but on the right side of it for continuance.

I don't know...flip a coin time?

Mine is flipped...but on EA. Play-sized position, though. All will be revealed...the bastards!

What a reason for missing the unmissable!! I'll allow it!

Yep. Daily rarely, ever lies, even in fakies you still have opportunity to take a modest amount of pips. The hardest part, is finding the end of the retrace. And of course, because euro is an arse hole!! It didn't indicate the southward move yet on the daily (well, the LH is one indicator), but nowhere near as strong as the LL break out and resell on retrace, which pretty much every currency has done, except euro. Cable? Check. Aussie? been checked. Swissy? Check.

Chickity china, chinese chickens, drumsticks and the like!

I would rather look at a swing close , high or low - somewhere where the market actually went to rather than price generated from a calculation - pivots and their S/R projections are "blind" in that they treat equally every high , low and close price they are generated from - what use is a pivot based on 5 days of chop for example? An S/R projected from PA which stands out on the chart would be more useful. No doubt traders make a living from pivots - but ,like anything - there's a time and a place I suppose

This is how I roll. My chart is as naked as can be, except for the occasional random horizontal line I throw up to mark a place that I will inevitably forget about in a few days... because feck the daily chart.

Maybe that's why he drew it the way he did, so it's hard to duplicate...

if its making you money.. keep it up. this is a fickle beast.. losing 10 % less trades is a 20% raise.

Yes sir! Have to stop myself sometimes after taking a loss... what did I do wrong? Oh, this was reason x and y.... sure matey... Can't get 'em all! Chalk it up, move on, and make more. Wallowing in a loss gets one nowhere.

EDIT: Unless it turns lower by 1.3450ish. That should/would create divergence.
