I think a 4hr close below 1.0253 would relieve most upside pressure

Sell stop at 1.0620 TP 50 pips SL 30 pips

Thats a good place to TP. My 2nd lot is set for 1.2460 and I'll let the PA tell me what to do with the last one.Kicking myself for getting out too early at the beginning of the plunge.
To take profit is always a good thing regardless what happened afterwards. I just got stopped out @ BE for positions pre Aussie data after good US Unemployment. Will scale in short for E/A depends on E/U.

Where a lot of people make mistakes. They buy after a huge up move, put a 25 pip or tight SL. Price retraces 50%. They then sell at the 50% retracement. Price continues upwards. They get SL AGAIN.

Sometimes it works, but sometimes... it doesn't.
A 1 pip gain is better than a 1 pip loss.

regardless, this pair will be higher, the world is addicted to risk, crashes are so rare why bet on them? 75% of the time we have a bull market anyways and audusd will go up 75% of the time.

the fact is... The AUD is overvalued, just look at Australia... if it wasnt for China's demand for their export.. theres NO reason why the Australian's currency is above the US Dollar.... FACT!

Initiated my short, the Chinese data coming out wont be good which will hurt the AUD. Everywhere is slowing down

What chinese data coming out? Are you referring to the one coming over the weekend?

On friday and the weekend. They may beat expectations but the expectations are lowered. If you look at Chinas previous trade records is been exporting less and less. This is bad news for countries it buys from (Australia).

I understand that, just thought you were referring to chinese news that I had somewhat missed out on. But ya I saw the news coming out over the weekend. I am currently short AUD.

Exactly, less of a demand for Australian basic materials would hurt their economy seeing how it is soo dependent on China to buy their exports.

Dont like them one bit, Chart price is not the same as actual price... you got fix spreads meaning at high volatility they will put slippage so your order gets filled FURTHER than you expected...

But the best part is i dont have swap charges on me.... sooo i just try to deal with it.
