BG i am with you on this I have my shorts already but this spike if it comes will be my best friend for an increase. As my thread states on this trade when I first took it this is not a week trade but a position lasting several months. The open profits I have will pale in comparison when this starts to hit the government/Banking books

talk about position trades... remember my shorts i had at 1.03, 1.04 1.05 and 1.06 back in June?? when daddybear was like "bg why you short at 1.03?" now i wana ask him "Why the fuck not?"
With AUDUSD around 1.02, that stacks up pips dude... 100+200+300+400 pips.....

I do remember those but good thing you cut and I took a hit on that bull move on the short side as wekk. I missed a key argument that the bull move was running off of and that was all central banks were not in the game. Now they are and the expectations/reality will be more in focus.

i actually didnt cut.... i took profit on them though at 1.02 they are in my real account 1000 pips in my real account from that position trading. loved it!
but im not gona be position trading during high liquidity times....

Bloomberg quoted Goldman sachs saying long usd short aud as "the trade of the century"

they feel its at least 20% overvalued and is by no means a safe haven. do you trust that?

i guess they got huge short position open if they say stuff like that.But i do believe aud is overvalued.I hope to aud goes to 1.0321-27 today so i can short this bastard heavy

or theyre trying to retailers to bringthe price down so they can buy

in this case though, i agree. rate cuts are coming. i'm hardly in a position to speculate on this pair but i think parity might come sooner than 103

i go away for a couple hour and it seems like it got them damn bulls attention.... like i said... as long as AUDUSD is under 1.03 it WONT go up to 1.08 okay?!
now stop quoting articles about Goldman Sachs talking about long of the century and idiot members are posting comment on that news article with stupid comments like oh 1.10 soon im like WTF are they on??
