Quiet day and thread today and prolly a quiet NFP too. Last update before NFP.

Most if not all analyst expect a decent NFP or at least nobody expect a bad one. All main markets in full bull mode trading inside or ticks away of major R so not expecting much if everything is aligned to same side.

Euro, break up on daily yesterday. 1.301x holding on air. 1.307x looks wide open but with support of NFP a break above will open 1.313x (@ Gator the level from yesterday) which is final Resistance before weekly target 1.327x.

To the other side nothing tradable in my charts and 1.295x marginally open ...

Picture clear and trades clear ....GL all

After that very poor debate....Obama must be jumping around with that number. Fantastic unemployment number for the headline and it will provide enough fuel for a extended rally across the board this month.

No discussion very clear FA and TA....Hopefully we wont have the party poopers with Spain ruining the party....

BTW, we have a bet from March this year with a couple you guys on ES on all time highs by election .... and I think after this number is settle and if it fails it will by by less than crumbs ... Expect my bottle of whiskey and $100 bucks bet ....

Yeah, it's amazing that anyone actually believes that U.S. unemployment is actually 7.8%, let alone dropped. Funny stuff.

Well, unemployment is a difficult number especially because of the disparity between people perceptions and cold macroeconomic numbers settle in a computer. .... definitively hard to swallow and to see at the micro levels that the US is really improving jobwise but sadly that's the only and most decent number we have for reference in finance and economics ....

IMO, best bet to see if it is real is the rule of 2 quarters ...if by March 2013 we are around the same levels it means its solid and true ... meanwhile just fuel for the markets...

Short term check (in dollar) the risk on play first for the reaction confirmed via Treasuries (check the reaction there on NFP) when it settles track later the other side that is capped via FED QE and cheap dollar (track inflation #s picking up to shift the correlation) ...

3046.7 is the one i had above if the current don't hold .. in the sequence 3031.8 was yesterdays.. the one above 3046.7 is 3091.6. in the sequence for 2768

i also have the smaller one at 3131, but a retrace to 2884 for 3131 is norm before 3131.. 2884/2802. a 82 pip wide area. and all bears need is a pip below 2802... 3131 is latter then the 2768 one. and inside it.. i certainly don't know what it will do. i just look for weakness in a move.. for 2424 (2432) that is 2987... and for the next one incomplete at 2868 is 3046.. a kiss here would validate my theory. but i have no control. it never has to bounce.. i don't know what will happen. i just look for weakness.

typo 3061.6. not 3091.6 we are above it
after 3076.5 basically 14 +- pips till 3172.
the recent smaller one targets at 3170... its free to wait.
