It's all there the whole recipe for a collapse: Chinese growth slowdown, dovish rate expectations, etc. The fundamental and technical factors are showing good signs of a strong trend about to develop. This chart really illustrates how overvalued this currency is.
Thanks for the link and the input. I was looking at the chart after you posted it. My knowledge in this area is limited and so I am grateful you put me on course but my brain is hurting a bit. On a graphic note, we are approaching a good entry point, potentially. I have 1.0181 which is the low of the July - September double top. I wonder how well it will hold. A daily break and retest of this level would be interesting.

i just cannot believe it, i was setting trigger on g/u and just when it was being set off my anti virus kicked in for an update and inturn the trigger was set off too late and i missed the scalp and lost. i had to cancel it manually on the blackberry. oh well

Yea my pleasure. I've really just been studying up on integrating COT data into my trading, because the more that I understand it and see how it relates to my charts, the more I understand how the market truly operates and the more precise I can be with managing my risk, because after all, that is the bottom line in this game. I'm going to get a few hours of sleep because I've been up for about 36hrs now, but when I get up I want to make a video on AUDUSD and how I'm planning to trade it.

i could wite a ton about it...but i have already written a ton about it...china slows down = comm dolls take a beaten, either they like it or not...(of course, there are others that disagree with this thesis, if memory serves, ingmarforex does...)

anyways, everything i thought about the aud and china situation has been written to death on this thread: trend trading all pairs. also, strategies on trading this: using heatmaps, cots, bonds rates, correlattive index, etc...
