I have been reading your post, what do you trade, longer term, or scalp.

I read parts of the book you linked too, I plan on reading it all in the coming weeks, since I am a scalper, and it really covers a whole bunch of stuff.

I trade position, short term and scalping.

I do not hold any position trades at the moment, I was able to enter 3 lots just to se myself trapped, two were @ BE. Weekly and daily is viewed.

With short term I view the 1h TF.

With scalping 5m is viewed and is my favourite TF, my scalping is improved a lot lately.

That is a good book, the tugs of war is described in the minus details.

Nice idea to hold the trades half the day, several days or longer!
Do you have any standards how much you will make a profit? ...e.g.,10%-30% a year?

No I don't. When I see that it's time to get out, I do that. Even if it's one measly pip.

I look at weekly, daily, 4hr, and 1hr, but almost always take my trades on the 15min... I used to love the 5min but switched over about 3 years ago.

Post some charts with your strategy when you can, much appreciated..

Hi Billy. It's been a nothing day for me to be honest. I trade from week to week, usually, so I'm looking for positions to take me into the daily time frame, off the h1 time frame typically. If you look at my posts you'll see me positioning for Eur/Gbp long and Gbp/Chf short but these have not triggered yet. You are right, Euro has been a bitch today. More and more we see big moves in Asian session - not good for London, or New York sessions.

My short term trades (2) and one scalp were showed with the intermediaries thoughts.

Went back and found your charts, and looking them over.

Naah not realy mate allwel i think France is overlooked markets not focusing on it but look at there nrs no improvment since what 7 months. It is a core 1 in euzone Hollande is running shit show taxing rich people hard and big bussines extra. They will leave they need spending so imo i see France in the future getting some problems just matter of time markets gonna focus on france maybe downgrade or whatever markets right now to focused on other things.
