I see good enough for 25 pips move to take some profit and BE trade then see what Tokyo close will bring.

Just a personal preference but not me.

Mentioned elsewhere that Fri's low would be "an issue", reason being Lon moved there strongly on Fri then price basically bounced around for 6-7 hours. Nimble traders might buy the 1 2 3's right at the bottom. Theres also the RN and the ECB speech later to complicate.

Hats off though to those scalping and getting it right.

Totally agree with your analysis. + 78%fib and S/R at 1.2930 area and decending trendline to complicate matters

Why are you going thru 39 pages?? if you click on the "hide images" top LH of attachments window, you will only get an index 5 pages of Indis to look thru. Would take you about 3 mins to scroll thru.

I am looking for short only on EU as it is below my MA60. Actually the setup was very good on LO-2, well but didn't take it because it's before the trading time as per S3 rules.

Anyway, I tried trading GU using Asian session breakout on LO today. Breakout was up direction, align with H4 condition, whereas I can't see any direction in H1. My entry was set 10pip above Asian range. Didn't hit my TP (20pip), manual close 13pip so I can continue to cook

Is there any common practice about how many pips should I spare above/below Asian range for breakout trading?

..it is very congested level ...1.2950, EMA200 on H1, EMA50 on H4...
but last H1 candle close above EMA200...
so I expect price to pullback a little ...profit taking exits.

If Draghi speech is pro-Euro then more upwards movement.

Let market decide.

Just took a look at M15 and I see scalpers may be selling at EMA800 on M15 @RN1.2950 and Stoch (5,3,3) cross down.

But I am in long so I hold on with stop at 1.2925.

Once we moved to X-Man's S3 thread and I gained more trading experience, I did make some changes.....I have learned to analyse price action, candlestick formations, divergence, S/R areas, EMA bounces/crosses & market structure, along with TDI setups to enter trades, rather than relying solely on the TDI for entry.

That being said....my original basic trading plan still works for me. The philosophy gained from all my study and demo trading remain much the same. I am careful to not de-rail the train when "fixing the tracks".
