Apart from ALWAYS reminding me of home...NewPort stands out to me for ONE reason! Not because of my aunt's FIVE (divorced- "Daddy's nightmares!") cousins...(NO boys! Fourth/fifth time's a charm? Wha? I'm outta here!!!). It was three words that my cousin Aoife (10 years younger than me) said to me that I had NEVER heard before! To say she was shocked that I had never heard them before, would REALLY be an understatement! The words...that changed my life FOREVER:

Ben & Jerry's (That's three, right?)

I've NEVER been looked in my life as being SO square! Haagen Daas? Chump!!! <--although that word didn't exist yet. Anyway...

Take me to this Ben & Jerry's! <--exact words.

They did! Love at first bite! Life has TRULY...never been the same!
