It is their regular account which I have had for many years. Special requirements are to be met to move to their 'Pro Account' which I get better conditions with a standad razor account with pepper, (no special conditions required).
In other words, The Go ECN Pro account benefits are still now where near the pepper razor which is free.

I use 4xtrader.net/forex-tools gaurdian, senitinel, stats etc. Thank you 4xtrader. It gives you full reports of brokerage activity. Priceless in trying to find an honest broker.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update for those of you who may have missed this – Following overwhelming client demand, we changed the MetaTrader clock settings on our GO Trader MT4 & MT5 platforms over the weekend. This means we have moved from GMT+2 to GMT+3.

The most noted benefit is that traders now have an extra hour to respond to any major market movements in the first hour of trading. The change will also bring GO Markets trading times into line with more markets for a great majority of our client base, the end of day roll time will change from 08:00am AEST to 07:00 AEST.

Hi Natalie, I'm wondering if you can pls help me with something.
The other week I noticed the final weekly candle on my chart was divided in 2 creating an extra candle. Someone at Go Markets told me I might have done this by pressing the right mouse button too many times, then said it could be due to the time setting you recently made.
Anyway, they removed the candle, but in its place, I now have numerous extra weekly candles scattered throughout my chart (will post screenshot when I get home). I like to create trendlines to help clarify my analysis and it is messing with it. For now I am having to use the demo account of another Aussie broker for analysis.

What the hell is going on????

Pick the Go Markets chart:
Differences between Go Markets and another broker here in Australia highlighted in yellow with rectangle shapes and arrows.

Also note the Gap between the Trendline and what should be a 3rd touch from the bullish weekly candle. (2 extra weekly candles added in took care of that unfortunately).

Have traded w GO for years, I left them when their spreads went through the roof and outages were a common place thing. I come back on here from time to time to check how things are, sorry to see that they never got their act together. I'm still kinda shocked that anyone is still using them, on this thread there's just pages and pages and pages of one problem after another.
Everyone is still holding on to the idea that GO at one point in time was actually a good broker, but you're holding onto the idea of a holy grail, it doesnt exist and they will never be the old GO from years ago
Can someone comment on why gomarkets has removed EURCHF from live trading? I am 100% positive that I selected 'show all' in the market watch. Every other CHF cross is available except EURCHF.

I noticed another broker has done this as well, but with no explanation.

You posted the same question on the thread that has a full explanation of why this is happening

Please be advised that our liquidity providers have increased the risk profile of EURCHF. The reason for this is if SNB removes the cap on the EURCHF currency pair it may possibly gap through the 1.2000 level. This would result in anyone with a long position being in a significant negative balance on their account.
This increased risk profile means on the open of trading on Monday the 10th September 2012 we will be closing all positions in the EURCHF.
Please review your account to ensure that you close any EURCHF positions by the 10th September 2012.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however this risk assessment is in your best interest.

Thanks. I must have missed that. But it is now approaching November. Is the previous risk assessment still valid? I thought the SNB already made their decision in Sept.

They are still trying to peg the price, they can't do it forever and when/if they move the pair will gap big time
