I recall lassoing this one in sterling almost 10 years ago, I dont recall the FA behind it. It tested the resistance and came off sharply, but was back up in no time. I bought one and three month out of the money calls by the carload, and it payed big, might have been my 3rd or 4th largest trade of my career. They do pay big sometimes, you just have to pick your spots..I dont have any coffee or sugar, or nat gas or wheat charts to show you some of the large losses, but overall my monthly plays netted me some good green. Using options helps, because you know your risk, and the leverage can be huge..

The orange wave C down is a mess to count:


two variants:


down from the top of orange B:


a) to count is as ending or maybe leading diagonal

the ending diagonal would certainly end where I placed orange C

the leading diagonal would force a more bearish count with targets below 0.85 (I think).

When the leading dagonal ends at around 1.08, price would need to retrace very deep, up to into the 1.4x area. I personally find that not too likely

But when it happens, the following wave 3 down will go into the 0.85 region at least.


b) the C wave down unfolds as double or tripple zigzag.

if true we are in the second zigzag down, in this we are in the B wave up wich has limitations at 3485



Or we have the Prechter count with a finished triangle. The triangle finished @ 42x top, so now we are down in a series of 1-2's

Here we are in the second wave 2, which also has limitations to 3485


3485 is the definit line in the sand. When higher, than probably much higher into the 1.40 at least
