Where can I learn more about Price Action like those in James16 charts? 9 replies
DislikedCool, Dan . .let's follow this one on the EurAud . .as an example.
We have a bit of a consolidation . .a LCS and a HCR level of this consolidation . . . I like that confluence with 150 ema on the HCR level.
We will follow the Daily Close of Price.

DislikedIn that post you had 2 charts. On the first you drew 2 HCR lines. Then the price stucked between them for a few day, but then successfully broke through it. Now my question is why didnt you guys short at this moment?
Im asking this cause after a few days the price turned - so our trade wouldnt have been profitable. (that much).
Thanks.Ignored
DislikedHello,
I take long after h1 pins and engulf over the lcs level, nice SL (over pins), best, Rosa.Ignored
DislikedNo, that past HCR level has been tested already and Price "should" be reactive to the most current levels.Ignored
DislikedYes...well everything is supply and demand. But you have so many traders doing different things. If price breaks out often price wants to come back to retest that breakout point. People take profit and sell back into that breakout point where supply/demand will be heavily located again since this was the last major point of buying/selling.
This is often why if you buy a break of a buob/pin/price pattern/etc and get your stop to breakeven you get stopped out before the LARGER move. price hits a trouble area, gets some weak selling price bounces...Ignored
Dislikedi don't freakin' believe it...missed by 0.3 pip...bye - i'm gonna shoot myself now...Ignored
DislikedWow I woke up ans saw that just now. I didn't set a pending order on the HCR but had the level marked off last night. Great level. Nice confluence of daily pivot and demand as well!Ignored
