Spotted a good opportunity to place a long AUDUSD trade. If AUDUSD touches and holds onto the 3rd point of the rising channel, look to go long.

Normally when AUD/USD rally, EUR/AUD tanks and very much correlated with EUR/USD and EUR/JPY other than AUD/USD.

True, I had some longs stacked since 1.1650 and 1.1700 but closed all just below 1.20. Now trying to ride down since the triple top yesterday, would like to see 1.21 again...

hey remember it's only highly inverse because you have it as EUR/AUD. AUD/EUR is well co-related. maybe I am just stating the obvious and have missed something...if so humble apologies

This pair just hit 1.04850 and doesn't look like will have a clear direction where it should belong after Karlsruhe and FOMC.

BTW, AUD should get real boost from Moody's rating and words are to downgrade US. No links just something I heard over Bloomberg.

What goes up must come down but what would be your perceived perfect short entry and where would you consider giving up?

I'm expecting major retracement around my fib and TL confluence zones first at psych level + tl + 23.8% of major 0.9386-1.0836 lo-hi around 1.0500
and second sell order around lttl at 1.0660
The long from 1.0351 will stay open until 1.0700.

1.0635 is my stop loss on any short for AUD for the time being..As for the perfect entry would be at this channel or like another member mentioned earlier today when they are signaling of a impending rate cut
