Hey Rosa

Yes be careful with these very very very tiny pinbars. Look at the huge bearish move that you are trying to buy into with a tiny bar. Start looking for those BIG huge pinbars that just jump off the chart. They have much more power and are easier to spot when starting out. The location you were watching for PA was VERY good though. Just be more picky about your bar size

GbpJpy is a high volatility pair and high volatility pairs tend favor the Weekly levels over the Dailies. When they line up . .Daily/Weekly level . .they get really strong.

If that Daily PBT&CA was also a Weekly PBT&CA then Yes, I like that S/L placement .

We can see on the Weekly that it didn't Close Above that Weekly/Daily level . .it Close Below it . .confirming the level is still Resistance.

Checking the Weekly levels is a must on high volatility pairs

Well I suspect my mindset is just one problem with my trading. I seem to spend allot of time thinking about the losers and trying to figure out why they lost, and just generally feel crap when I’ve been waiting for what I think are very good looking setups fail constantly. I’ve posted a number of charts previously - hoping to get some responses on them.

You mentioned that you have been a member for over a year now - meaning you’re a lifetime member right? Any particular reason why you’re still very active on this public forum when you have access to the private one?

To be honest I’m looking for more 'real-time' help with my trades (demo) whilst I’m entering them, and not so much with after the fact analysis which is always 20/20.

I've done a lot of reading into J16 and Jarroo's. Jarroo's method seems to work 'better' with me and im somewhat comfortable with it rather than the J16 stuff - but still can’t seem to generate any success with it...reason why I’m thinking of paying for the private forum - need to do something to sort this problem of mine out.

BRNs are important but for me they need to be aligned or confluenced with S/R. I know what you're thinking . .the BRNs formed the S/R . .I would tend to agree with you and so would Mike. I like to see that extra confluence with the BRNs to prove its strength.

The LCS you are looking at is a valid level but its in the the middle of consolidation . .valid but no that strong. . better if it was at a Swing Low.

I like that 98.86 HCR level . .it hasn't been tested yet . .

Why did you ignore the other levels? What did the Hourly Signatures look like there?

Hey Jarroo, I did not really ignore them I simply choose a level that had more strength. That level failed but the one just above worked out. But I can always find levels that work out perfectly in hindsight. Just trying to figure out why that level failed which looked like a much nicer level then the one above with the gap which happened to work out

They were all strong levels but I can see why you liked the Lowest one for strength . .

..this should help . .look for the ones that haven't been tested yet . .meaning if the one that worked (.9473-.9480) was tested, I would have like the one you chose (untested). .

Does that make sense?

Hey Jarroo, Sorry im not quite sure what you mean. Do you have a chart to explain it ? Arnt all levels that have been broken and closed below or above untested leves,l since we still have to wait for the retrace ?

They look great Rosa . .

How awesome was that Monthly setup . . nice. That Monthly level has been tested . .will it still act as Support or has it "been there, done that" and now not hold as Support breaking through down? . .we shall see.
