Those 3 bar lows are definitely an early entry short . .off those LCS levels.

A possible setup at NZDJPY.

Although, it's a little weak close but it has a confluence with EMA150,EMA365 and logically a fibs (not shown). A nice bearish PA bar in this area will be the best.

We are up near some major resistance

The only thing I see is the weekly trying to form a coninuation BUOB . I would want to see it close strong above the last highs and then if that area can hold as support we could be moving higher. Tomorrow could change this with NFP

Looks good Magestic. Tricky though cause of the box this thing could come back fast. That's the tricky part trading in a box. I think covering yourself is the right thing as well, don't want to get too fancy but depends on your conviction of your support area

Sure, why not? Seems like a logical placement to me. It's the below the PBT&CA bar, which is normal for me. Sometimes I actually place below the lowest of the previous 2 bars. On this pair it happens to be 100 pips, on others it's usually between 60-85 pips.

For me my initial stop placement is more about having places to reduce my risk. I don't go BE as quickly as many or take partial profits so I like to give a little room for trade to play out. This one gives me 2 spots to reduce risk without going BE. I check charts usually 2 times a day (maybe 3 if lucky) and usually wait until daily close to manage trades.

What can I say, it works for me.
