biggies this week are draghi on thursday, ecb bond purchasing details and nfp friday, support or not for qe3, would be surprised if we break 250x downside or 270x upside until all that shit gets priced in, cld b wrong, let's see...

2576 would be better. the day/week close after reaching 2609.9. bulls want to hold 2576. since retrace is normal after to the mid of the leg.

a sub 2560 close this h could be indicative of bearish intent on the 4 h.

Draghi was playing with fire in a very thin line. I personally think it was positive the we "do everything in your hands" card but after last week and yesterday I have changed my opinion.

I think he crossed the line between what a CB's can and can't do. He is playing politics (and Italian style politics which is even worst) all secrets and gossips, and etc ...too much BS for a serious CBanker. One thing is playing with expectations and other is playing in a "soap opera" ...

In my experience and opinion, markets don't like that and they can overact (and this time I would do the same ...I am on the bastards side of the argument this time). If he doesn't deliver something very clear and spectacular putting the €€€ where his mouth is by this week ...we can see the mother of sell panic legs in the euro ...

I am 99% against doom and gloom in trading but this time the ECB is really playing on the edge.... 1.255x last line of defense for bulls and momentum line to short side pre ECB ...

ah yeah, needs to be a positive action plan, fleshed out with detail, bundesbank is trying it's hardest to throw a spanner in the works, although any potential panic sell off in e/u could be well off set by a weak nfp number on friday...

spanish and italian yields / spreads are good indicators atm...

back to the ugly sisters slapping match...

Yes. This is something from your PA. I think the level is 2573. And it is for tomorrow. Today important level for the bulls is 2558. IMO

If Draghi wrote a cheque he cannot cash , the EU could very well be looking down the barrel . Expectations are being created , the market won`t settle for a loaf of bread, anything less than a bakery will be a disappointment.

agree, support from late friday / yesterday and weekly pivot area, but looking at the ny open i can easily see the potential for an excursion sub 2550, there is a large options expiration there in an hour, this was also cited in a reuters news wire today...

the picture may become clearer post expiration and once we have the us ism number...

Oh sure agree that NFP needs to play out too for the actual TA part of the move.... Not sure about a weak NFP. In my opinion is the other way around, [agree] a weak NFP will make the euro rally (or avoid collapse if ECB disappoint) via FED QE.

An in line with expectations number will be more than enough to "erase" FED QE until next month which is last change for BB to do it before elections.

In any case, yeap sharp declines in the bond markets (check those Portuguese and Spanish 2 yrs !!!) especially in the 2yrs as the any ECB intervention will be there.... most of the impact is already digested before hand ...a ECB failure to deliver will crash, fast and furious, those EZ bonds to all time highs in "minutes"...

We'll see

I do not look anything like that. I just have one template. For more than one month. Price moves in precisely this pattern. Why? I do not know.
