DB - Even if we explode to the upside from here the bear cycle still performed like clock work. Four straight weeks of down closes is beyond debate. However, on the fundie side, I see no big turn around taking place that would cause an upside explosion. The Bernanke fish is just flopping around in the sand trying to get back in the water. (market noise)

Well your long would give you more pips than my short from where we are now, so good luck with that. I will start to long when I get a clear signal to do so, which maybe around 14th September

A correction (retracement) does NOT a bulltrend make. To return to the "interrupted" BT, price would have to close above 1.05 on a daily basis.

This is the problems I have with fundies. All fundies were something happened already not future events. As human beings, we don't know what may happen tomorrow or even next hours.

I wouldn't say something like, "I see no big turn around taking place that would cause an upside explosion." An upside explosion does not need big turn around in my opinon.

Conditions move markets. I haven't seen any real change in the conditions. Thats the only fundie things I look at. No change in the aussie, yet.

Not really. At least not until players, big players, act on them. If they decide to "shrug it off", price won't go where you expect it to.
