DislikedBULLS - you're mighty silent right now. (chirp chirp) The seasonals and cycles warned of this bear move more than a year ago. Are you still a non-believer???
Cheer up - don't worry, the bear cycle ends about sept 13. I'm going to join you then. Cheers !!!Ignored
DislikedI remember there was a bear in the end of July, the bear roared when we were at 1.03xx at the time, then the price shot up to 1.06.
That bear was mighty silent too on the journey from 1.03xx to 1.06. He was so silent that the bulls had found it so damn difficult to spot him. Some thought that he might had worn a bull mask in order to blend in.
BUT.......now he's back! Tapping himself on the chest and roars louder than before...

DislikedThe seasonal cycle I have said to sell the 1st week in August and get out of the short sell sept 13th. Long term cycles are accurate within 1-2 bars. This one was one weekly bar off - it topped the 2nd week of august and is still intact and working very very well. Its ending date could possibly be a week later now, so I'm looking at a TF from 9/13 - 9/21 for the bull run to resume. The bear never was silent and still isn't.Ignored

DislikedHOWEVER - If you look at the weekly chart, you'll see the highest weekly close of the last leg up was the week starting on july 29. All weeks since then have been lower closes. The cycle was dead on accurate.Ignored
DislikedUhhhmm..okay...
maybe he was never silent, but he sure is louder nowIgnored
DislikedHe should be louder now. The bulls refused to heed the warning signs. The nice bear was trying to help the bulls avoid disaster but only got angry reactions from the stubborn bulls. Sad, aint it ???Ignored
DislikedIndeed he should be louder now, but....the 300 pips run up didn't hurt the bulls did it? they sure did have a nice bull party at the time..
I can see that the bear had some nice intentions to warn the bulls, but the bulls were angry because the bear gave the warning too early..
It's like telling the bulls to sleep while there was still plenty of grass to consumeIgnored
DislikedI think it's not the fault of nothing, every kind of forecast sometime work out sometime don't work out, the market remain very umpredictable IMO.
Of course when go down, the sellers feel very proud of themself, and when it go up the buyers feel very proud too.
The bad thing about feeling soo proud is that a trader may commit the mistake to belive that he/she have the power of no matter what, predict the market. You know what will be the result then.
My 2 pips!Ignored
DislikedBack in mid july, the bear said a kick down cycle was coming due "at or near" the first week in august. 'BEFORE' the bull run was complete. The friendly bear never said the bull party was over in mid july - he only warned that the end is near. Scroll back to july and read the posts. Its not the friendly bears fault that the bull misinterpreted his words.Ignored
