I was watching this on Youtube. I can barely see the name "MA trail EA v1.02"

It looks like the bars are 20 pips high and it uses some kind of a double line MA as a filter. I never saw more than a 20 pip loss on any trade and gains of 200 pips sometimes with multiple positions.No CCI, no semafor, no 200 MA, no AO, so easy end simple, please, If seller9 could build something like this? give it a try guys.

Not as easy as looks.
Those MAs on screen don't do anything, or at least, do not give signal for open/close position.
For trigger works unknown(at the moment) indi/rule....
However, I'll agree with you, than brick size is 20 pips.

yes , but hope the formula is the one above in code.

our ma cross gives the direction and we get the correct short or long value from camarilla.

I can said that in your first regtangle it did not close the order because the green bar does not touch upper MA but 2nd rectangle touch the MA. I don't know for sure but my 2 cents.

Honestly speaking, backtesting like that can be misleading...

Any system that follows MA or MA crossing works beautifully in a trending market, and the video doesn't really show any ranging periods. I think it looks good because there is no ranging.

As G0vlad has the EA, perhaps he can comment on if there is any 'magic' filtering in there that prevents ranging being a problem?

I am a natural cynic I'm afraid Chiche...

There is no way to turn off exit as this was just an EA to test an idea posted here.

Set the exit MAs to the same as the entry MAs to stop the exits from kicking in so soon.

If anyone finds this EA of any use I can always add more to it, but for now it is just a test of an MA entry and an MA exit.

This is like the ADX EA which was just put together to test an idea posted here, not to be used as full blown EA.

You can make EAs do anything you want them to by just picking the right area of the chart to make your video of. If your selling a trend EA then pick a chart with a nice trend to it and your EA looks great and will sell thousands, its all part of how to advertise a product.

There are tons of 99 dollar EAs on the market that have remarkable looking backtests, seems they never lose until you buy it, then they can't seem to win.

I think the system is based on 2ma's suggesting its either two 3 period or two 5 period sma's one set to low and the other set to high (see dean malone's synergy system).

The ea triggers' the first trade when a new renko candle opens neatly(without touching either ma)between the 2ma's and a second trade when a new renko candle opens outside the moving averages.The trade is closed by the ea when a new entry condition forms(usually an open between the moving averages).A trailing stop is set at the open of the second previous candle.

Most fascinating is the fact that none of the renko candles has a shadow.Is this possible?????

Could this be due to the range bar size used or the application/method used to generate the backtest???????

Aside from that the system can be profitably used with very good money management due to the losses during ranging conditions.The trailing method and multiple entries could also help to even the odds.

I suggest you try the Ardasu_Renko v6 without filters, set color change to either 1 or 2 and you might get better results esp. with trending pairs.
