People ask me all the time to "invest" money with me.. become my clients.. whatever. Not my cup of tea.. If you want to do what.. I do.. I teach, but I don't trade for anyone, but myself..

I posted following messages last Friday afternoon. Obviously, the lack of volume couldn't materialize this vision. Let's see what happens later.

A 1 pip gain is better than a 1 pip loss.

Teaching is an interesting topic. I am not sure how you teach your students. But, I do know how most other "experts" teach.

In my opinion, Forex trading is an art not a science. It can be realized but not taught. What those "experts" do is telling their students introductions, instructions, rules, SL, MM and alike. These are basic of the trading. People can learn these from books.

I would say, this kind of teaching can only have a student begin to trade. As to how he is going to handle the real market is a big question. 1 out 1,000 max. can advance themselves to a higher level. Not everyone can succeed in the Forex trading.

This is the reason why I don't believe teaching would work for everyone. I'd say a short-term workshop to inspire people with potentials is a real serious solution. IMHO

Where did you get that 60 pips? That was for Friday morning. As for today, the number could be different or higher. It started from 19 GMT already.

My other platform opens at 21 GMT. It indicates a gap up. This is a sign of something going on underneath the surface.

You are correct, I tell people that everything -- I teach them they can learn by themselves.. That I am NOT offering anything, unique.. but at the same time.. I teach people to trade the way.. I trade and use that as their foundation.. and from there they can.. learn their own styles.

I am sure you know, I am a successful trader.. I still have flaws like everyone else.. but, for the most part.. I have mastered and came up with my own trading method.. It is very short term.. even though I look at the big picture.. I'm in and out of the market.. So I can be a bull or a bear.. or a combination of both..

I'm here and have always been doing this for one thing only, and it is to make money.. I enjoy this with a passion.. It took me years to become successful.

I always try to say it like it is, I assure you.. The money I make from teaching is extra, but its a drop in a bucket.. in comparison.. I do it because, I enjoy to do it. I tell people.. Everything I teach you, you can learn by yourself. Some people feel more comfortable and safer.. when they have someone who is experianced with them.. helping them and answering questions.

Forex has been a bitch to me, and after I slapped the stupid out of it.. we are quite best friends! I milk it for money and then pay bills.. and buy stuff lol.

Starting October, all i am going to do is trade/teach/seminars/ and write a book. I've been expanding for a while now.. and going to be tackling more markets then just forex.. Including Futures, day trading stocks.. and etc.. same philosophy in and out.

I've never believed in "saving" for retirement.. its all about making the big bang now, and then accumulate as much stuff that will preserve value.

The relative relationship of DMIP and DMIM of both D1 and H4 indicate a strong positive sigh. As a matter of fact, it has broken the minor DTL upon the gap-up.

Foundation is a good word to describe generic teaching. Are you scalping all the time? What if your students want to learn trading related to larger time frames, what would you do?

lets say your a student at school, and your "learning a subject" do you learn.. What you wish to learn?! Or learn what you are being taught.. Would I go to a science professor and tell him teach me Quantum geometry.

I wouldn't also use the term generic. Once again.. if you say that then everything we learn in college is also generic.. I teach the basics with a foundation.. When you learn to trade.. you follow other people, you learn and see what made them successful.. then you incorperate the knowledge of what you have learned from them and experiment with your own methodology.

Bottom line, I said.. everything that I teach them they can learn by themselves.. but that's a double standard.. because we can learn anything we choose by ourselves.. yet we go to institution, and seek to be taught for several reasons, one being self taught does not provide you with a basis to be able to present to others.

I like anyone else, obviously cannot accredit my curriculum, by an institutional standard, but I provide people with knowledge, and correction and able to teach them how to become successful.. Think of it more as an apprenticeship.

Although these RRs are strong and positive but they are still in the negative territory. My interpretation would be a higher upper side potential is in the cards at this point.
