I have been short on a pullback to 1.2480. 1st target has been hit, Daily Pivot, at 1.2440, holding now till 1.2410 the 50% retracement or until PA tells me otherwise.
Cut your Losers short and let your Winners run.

And i want to stress on something else that i have learnt.
I made a scalp system.

Trust me thats a HUGE NO NO.

well some days you will be smiling like a cheese cake but then the market whips so much on the lower TF that you mostly end up at BE or losses at the end of the week. So instead of progressing you going no where at all.
the 1H TFs and higher is the key.
The 15min TF works as well you will incur more losses than the 1H tf.
To me the 1H works the best.
If a trader master EU on the 1H and he makes an average of 30 pips or even 20 pips then he can increase lot size with appropriate MM rules. then he will see that 20 or 30 pips making more money as the account grows.

[color=Blue][size=3]While i was away i went through some trading experiences. Most very very good and some bad.
I was introduced to few ideas during this time of combining certain indies from certain systems to give me the ideal trading system .Well before any of you go down that road i will tell you now that you should not even try. Its a dead end.
Its a waste of time and you wont learn from it. At times you will see in certain threads guys making cash with that system. ALL systems work on PA. if you dont pay attention to PA your account will...

Hear Hear, well said. Most Indies are nothing more than comfort blankets that lull the unsuspecting into a false sense of security.

Hey guys

I think price is likely to retrace.
the MBL is high up in the 68 zone.
Usually the MBL needs to go to the 50 area

I am short the EUR/D from 2463 and also bought CHF at 9637 as well. Same good signals on both pairs. Other pairs such as EUR/YEN and AUD/USD had even better signals but I was late when I looked at them so I decided to play it safe.

I am also using a 4H channel indicator (not yours, another that I had from one of Sonic's threads) and it helps to show the larger trend.

Cheers!
Disregard all prognostications.

Them are some big blue candles today !!!
But I don't think one candle makes for a buy signal
Today is looking indecisive. As long as we don't break yesterday's high, its likely we have a double top forming and even better chance of a reversal come tomorrow.
Disregard all prognostications.

Done for the day. 100 pips. With congestion as it was, and is, I prefer to keep an eye on a lower time frame ie, 15 min provides me with a lot more info than just the 1 hr. I normally only trade the 1 hr but today needed some extra tools. first trade was a long taken from a pin candle which on the 1 hr chart was just hanging in the air but the 15 min showed a bounce off the MA, TDI and stochs confirmed upward momentum, target was 1.2480 because PA had been contained within that level and it is a well know area of S/R for the euro. second trade was a short after triple bounce off 1.2480 TDI was turning over and so was stochs. 1st target was Daily Pivot 2nd was 50 % retracement. 1st target was hit large Doji formed on 15 min, hourly chart looked calm so decided to stay in, next candle Momentum HA so things looked good, but then, PA died and small doji formed, TDI and stochs had turned up, The tape showed buy orders coming in below 1.2440 held until Price had gone down to pick them up, reversed at 1.2440 target at 1.2480 again, same reasons.

Price action is very simple once you learn it and when you concentrate on one pair.
you look for the basic basic price patterns which is at babypips.
then when we enter a trade we monitor our trade whether it will push higher or whether it will fizzle out.
We use synergy bars for that.
we look at yesterdays high and low. we look at strong s&r areas.
Every day we do the same thing then you will notice how price reacts when it comes to these areas.
then soon you will know what to expect and how to react with the experience.

At times there will be sharp movements due to news etc. we cant avoid this but we can minimize the loss when this happens.

You donīt just need to watch out for the news, watch out for the Americans, often the european market will for example, sell the euro, then the americans get out of bed and buy it back up again or vice versa.

BUGGER IT. I missed that altogether. 1.2440 was a strong S/R level from 6-7 Aug, 3 bounces off it before a 200 pip move down, I could have saved myself some worry if I had just paid more attention to the left hand side!!!!!
Cut your Losers short and let your Winners run.

Well done buddy.
And im sitting here thinking the market is slow.
you are right that sometimes one had to go to the 15min tf to see whats happening.
I have a 10ema on the 15min TF just to exit early at times.
This minimizes loss.

The 10ema is really excellent to trade on the 15min tf . i picked up that tip from a trader called loveeveryone.

Last one. eurusd. Double top in place with strong Pin candle off resistance and divergence on the 15 min and 1 hr charts. Just watch out for a pullback to retest the pin candle high. Although at this hour 17.23 gmt+1 not much will happen as the Europeans are going home.
Cut your Losers short and let your Winners run.
