Germany coming back from holiday. Merkel finally with some positive comment on the euro (and not trashing everybody like the last few months with strong words) adding a lot of fuel to the already manic move in equities.

Bond markets automatically and sharply pullback. 2 and 10 yrs turning around and only Spain in danger levels (even Portugal trading below 10%)..a small positive sneeze from Germany cause more than the pre bla bla bla of ECB intervention....

FA starting to balance a bit in the euro (there where 100% negative from June until ECB comments and now with Germany). However euro sill waiting for details on how, when and what and Spain bailout is definitively still on the table for the next few days (weeks). It will be much better if they take the bailout and kill uncertainty...Greece nothing on the horizon and it will the permanent trigger short term for the next leg on EZ debt until they get expelled

TA wise in the euro, nothing new same levels, same range, same trades in play since August started ...

with aud bouncing off support. and the ea having a good higher target.. euro long seems a good play.. better then the aud L.. so i am long both

seems like the DAX does have a new favourite day....fridays !

i got the ea going another 100 pips higher (maybe more).. so thats an extra 100 pips on the eu verse au

eu will usually pullback some 2380/93.. so there could be a chance to hop on.. i closed mine.. i may enter 2320 area.. or anywhere .. just need a good candle to say long in the st. if we pullback.. that's not a certainty.. but its norm

Yes I see what you mean. However, I am not really FA/TA sure in the euro to jump in at these levels without a clean break in weekly. Spain is in play for the next few days.

While in equities is very clear, good news rally, bad news rally on QE3 (until the FED or CBS disappoints). We have seen 5 or 6 times (Every time) since 2008 so the picture is a lot clearer there.

DAX in manic mode and if ES decide to go for the yearly highs is just more fuel to the move... Gold like always is the only one that don't go if everything is outside of the norm and is stuck in the range until the real move (via QEs or the lack of it and EZ starts) ...

Finally intraday 1.237x for today is top of a very clear and well define range inside of W/M and Q chop zone ...

scratch this..

pa is making life easy.. a pullback to near 2337 is ok since 2336 is protected.. norm is still 20.. since its early in the battle.. the chance of a pullback now is less. but 20 still happens more times then not.

There may be a move below 2338 level by 30.5% probability.
