some news release affecting both Euro and Gbp soon.
EURGBP may be the determining factor for the next move.
GU has breakout potential.... so which direction will EURGBP go? this will bring along EU later.

As usual, in hindsight I can say all sort of things.
But just some things what I see on my chart today and decided to wait till after the news and till NYO.

See my comments on attached chart.

I just enter according to the H1 chart,

so, i will try to look the H4 and D1 Chart in the after trade!

My EUR bias was up despite the triangle on 1hr (posted elsewhere about 5 hrs ago) which meant the 1hr 'flows' were not conclusive. Anyway up bias was due to the D, 4hr both above their 50 levels.

In general pretty rubbish movements and the lack of follow through from strong close 3 Aug does not inspire much confidence either way.

If the D was in a strong down trend and the set up was just a rally in that D down trend then theres a very good chance your sell would have worked.

But the D isn't in a strong downtrend (at the moment still on HH, HL) and the market flow on 1hr was not conclusive.

Easy to say in hindsight but if you had a view that market bias is up instead of getting stopped out on a sell you might have been waiting for a buy opp.

I know English is not your 1st language but have a look at D and 4hr 'in the before trade'.

...mmm... looking at graphs of recent months (and even last year) everything seems much more unstable.... (EU)

Is it better GBPUSD?

Or, Is it only my impression?

I have notice the following setup from EU 4 hour
Bounce from upper TL and crossed TDI with confirmed Red APB

Should I enter short? Any comment are welcome. Thanks!

well you identified the condition on your chart very well.

Questions:

1. where will be a good entry ... your EP?
2. where will you place your Exit SL (R)?
3. where will you place your other Exits ... TP1 and TP2?

EU is still sideway and around swing point 1.2400. A big move is imminent but will need something to set this off.

I stick to lookimg for S3 H1 and look for trade and be prepared for beakout and ride on the breakout. Also be prepared when H1 trade don't work out and I am prepared for doing a turnaround trade.

Study very closely the GU yesterday. When Asian low breakout SELL failed, the turnaround trade BUY was good. Learn from that GU move. Work this example as part of your intraday trading.
