I look at the COT briefly and get a picture of market sentiment ; however, my trades are mostly based on technical analysis and a bit of macro/event news.

That's just wrong. I looked at several other charts to make sure. I don't know what's going on with Oanda, you should ask them and let us know what they reply.

Crude futures: It seems selling crude around 93.20 & 95.45 will be a reasonable trade.

AU: long term. I've been looking at this for a while; based on the chart a new high above 1.1 is probable.

I am currently short on AU target of 1.03xx. I think a clear break of 1.063 will negate my theory. Have a look at the channel and the levels.

It's been a while! I saw your chart, very nice indeed. I think the mid to long-term trend in UP in Aussie, but money can be made on both sides as always.
