Right now, the Bull is at the intersection of UTL and FIB 76.4. This location means something to me.

DB- You asked me, what my system says.. my system have initied a sell signal on the 30M TF. The trend is not, going down yet, nor sentiment is down, its just the initial signal of a "potential break" and down side lower..

The system works in steps, this is step #1. Which already a confirmation, of what, I have said over the weekend. I'd wait little lower, to take an entry.

No, what I'm saying is that.. the system has given first step of confirmation of what, I've said.. this is an early price action, it gave a signal hey pay attention.. there might be a reversal from bulls to bears.. but, its still early! as long as the resistance holds.. we're in business.

BUT, we've got a few factors first australian banks are closed for holiday, which can give more volatile session, and more speculator dominated on that front.

2nd.. it is trading RIGHT below the resistence.. so we're already playing fiesta on the border..

and 3rd of all.. its just a signal down the pipe to pay attention to a possible down trend.. If it starts walking away from resistance my 30M will flag a begin of down trend and over time, will say when market senitment is switching from bulls to bears.

I say this, I took a sell position right now, DO not do what, I do! with a very tight s/l just above the resistence. I am not telling anyone to do what, I just did.

So, you know.. if it backs way from the resistance.. I'll snag some $ and it if dosn't ill take 10 pip loss.. if it does.. ill take 20-30 pips profit. See how my risk/reward ratio is balanced!

to be honest, I shouldn't even be trading.. I am constantly on the go and not a good way to trade.. but, it seemed like an inticing entry, and Its not always easy to get into entrys near r/s points. It limits risk.
