Its easy... I used to be you. As you can see today, I lost twice. No biggie. I had won 6 of 7 previous to that. Like I said before, I give it a few minutes for emotions, then move on. Mechanical.

I wonder if its a setup.. on the AUD/USD..

Push it down reports hit and first thing flys up as MM's unload.

Man.. reports are not even out yet, and they already pushing it down.. Its a trap! either way its a trap.. they are loading on shorts.. reports hit they everyone sells, and boom they unload all thos shorts and the market flys up. Watch and see.

As everyone shorts it.. if it comes out negative.. which it most likely will.. Market makers ride down, then unload and take buy positions.. its going to retrace faster then the flash.

AUDUSD failed around its 38.2% retracement level, now there is significant downward pressure, I guess.
