Here's an idea... take a really low leverage trade if you want to go short... That way, if it goes long in the meantime... before the ultimate drop that everyone seems to agree is going to come... you dont take on too much damage, and you get to ride the way down when it happens...

If it goes up, you can scale in when the probabilities are higher.... if it goes down, you are good to gold.

It seems the big potential sell off is loaded up behind the FOMC Meeting. Its a very erratic fundamentals week. So trade with presence.

I trade adx but what do you mean DMIM and DMIP?
I have adx line, D1- and D1+...

You're right. I was only showing the real money is on the short side. The large specs are doing the buying. Its not at an extreme position yet, We have a bearish seasonal/cycle coming into play as we speak and the COT is not showing me anything that would change the cycle scenario.

I get a real money.. from market analyst who work for retail brokers.. that.. say every time.. there is "real money" transactions going up.. sometimes, I even know who is "buying" or "selling" and at which levels.

That beats any indicator lol..

Lets look at this from a DIFFERENT perspective.. if you we're to say the AUD/USD is to go "Short".. That means that. the "dollar" has to be bought.. and FOMC is coming out.. with.. Possibly QE3.. who would want to buy the dollar right now?!

So, are you bullish or bearish ? I'm short term bearish (4-6 weeks) but long term bullish. I believe in seasonals and cycles too.

I don't see anything either..and with the real money on the short side I'm going to leave my short...but because the real money isn't on the short side in a big way makes me wonder if they'll jump ship and turn in a quick way to the upside due to some of the things that palabara said earlier about how real money may be seeing the Aussie as a safer place to hang out for a minute...

I'll tell you this Bernanke #1 isn't stupid.. #2 he still establishing himself as an financial authority figure. and #3 even he knows, the effects of Quantitative easing.. and its long term consequences.

It something he won't toss out mildly, but.. because he is.. using it as his "wild card" once it tossed out.. *Catapulttttttt*
