We have a tight range for aud so far today. Tonight close will be important as its month end. And most should take profit soon or hold another day for those in long from earlier 0.96-1.3 area. A close below 1.0490 will favors the bear. Anything above 1.0530 we will see more upside.let see how this 4 hour close now. If wick stands for supply at 1.0525-40 . Daily is hinting for some bears. Its almost in the same range from previous drop from 1.0445 when it got stuvked in a tight range and follow by bear actions into 1.0177 area. Tmr we have cny that should decide its fate if the close is neither here or there today

Very good analysis. Your point is right on the "money". I have no doubt about the power of the money. However, you may have overlooked one invisible factor which is more powerful than the money.

You see, sometimes the market did not follow the news and nobody knows what exactly happened. This is the time we have to look into the Law of Market. In my opinion, money is not the main driving force behind market moves.

The public is always extremely bullish at the top and extremely bearish at the bottom. Market sentiment indicators are great for the contrarians.

As to how the market functions, these are my 2 cents:

The market moves because there are different views about the same news. Money is only the conduit of their views. By the same token, although we are small guys, this forum is actually a reflection of the Aussie Forex market in a much smaller scale.

The market needs different views to function normally so does a forum. It is this reason, I hope everyone expresses his/her views about the Aussie trading without reservations.

Here is a good example of watching the PUBLIC sentiment. Whenever the public is heavily bullish the market tops out and whenever the public is heavily bearish the market bottoms out. The public is always wrong at tops and bottoms. The 'public' is represented by the GREEN line in the lower COT chart.

In regard to CNY PMI, my view is China's CCP is very good in providing data in their favor. However, a lot of people do believe CNY data reliable and react to it in a herd mentality situation. Stampede is usually the consequence.

I am seeing signs of a sell signal on the H4 and I hope it is a good one. Gold, Silver on daily chart are heading lower and the candles looks like a shooting star formation.

payal, I still don't see enough bearish indication on H4 chart. But, H1 does show something in favor of the bears.
