Nice, UofM here. Although I didn't attend, I applied and was accepted on two separate occasions. I decided to come to CA for school instead, but my dad went to UofM for dental school. My mom was born and raised in TC and was even the Cherry Festival Queen one year back in the day lol. Dad was born and raised in Grand Rapids.

I love being up north, but there's not much opportunity up there for a young guy. I'd love to have a summer home up there some day.

Cool, man. I'm talking to the GF about heading there for July 4th next year. I've taken her back once in the fall so she could experience the 'color' season. She's a CA native, so she'd never seen anything quite like it.

I'd like to double dip and hit the TC Cherry Festival, but can't remember if it's in July or August. I refuse to eat black sweet cherries outside of Michigan. She doesn't quite understand yet because she's never experienced them.

Pretty shit night last night, as expected. Not a lot of action to be had. Bagged a scalp for 15 pips and went to bed after watching charts for hours

USD/CAD is about to reach parity. I don't really trade this pair as much as I should, being Canadian and all.

There is a descending channel that it will tap almost perfectly at 1.0000. What do you guys think about the reliability of a play like this?

I zoomed out a bit -- could well grind below parity till it hits mid of this big consolidation area which coincides with a rising trend line , the flag may not contradict this view - even lower 9900s is not out of the q according to this chart - good to keep an eye on / checking the lower TFs on the way for signs of a reversal - but I wouldn't personally put too much faith in a big round number ( in terms of a precision entry looking at a chart to this scale - but would of course note it alongside other TA points) -- quite a few of the prominent candles in the consolidation area spiked up and closed 9970 area - also coincides with the rising tl ... main thing is - still down till it ain't - again , check ltf formations on the way
