i just did in a few post... . we got gdp coming out in an h.. this may change then. close above 2309 or possibly just getting above 2312 now will change things..in the st.. there should also be something at 2328.5/33

Yes that's right.

However, the important issue is the principle not the size. No sane investor/trader/bank, etc bets against a CB. Knowing that the ECB will be there is MORE than enough. The problem is that Germany is not giving the go ahead otherwise we will have cleared this chapter on debt crisis right after the last EU meeting.

In the case of size, I don't know the exact number (I don't think anyone knows) that is need but having the ECB providing the guarantee on the bond markets (a.k.a printing money) is the only solution short term (the real problems are still there and need to be solved outside of monetary policy).


Sorry to hear that you had a bad day. Markets were/are in the end of a major leg trading inside Q/M support with very unidirectional FA and TA bias and obviously the easy part was gone since the start of the summer so any FA or TA reason was enough to clean weaker hands at the lows.

In any case, check the ECB as that is major real FA trigger than can definitively put a mid term bottom in the euro...the other one is stocks with FED QE++ but I am less confident on that one ..... let see how it goes until next week with ECB official conference....

Merkel didn't fart, yet. As it seems, they actually discussed a 300bln. bailout with Spain. Schaeuble praising the Lord (aka as Draghi) for his steps taken yesterday...
