This is a very very good post. as I have begun to learn to make better trading decisions looking at longer time frames as you mentioned has really been the key to this.

this is to funny, When I started trading.. there was no "mini" you had to get standard, and you better load up on lots.. otherwise you we're looked down upon LOL

Just to toss it out there, I know this is aussie thread. I am holding a long position with the pounder. Support is at 1.5480ish.. I think that its poised for some retracement.. So.. something to keep an eye on. I've got few lots with that one. If it breaks out of the 1.5480.. instant stop.

Resistance lays at.. 1.5552.. if that breaks.. then a move higher to 1.5580 can be seen. either way.. its good entry point right now, with stop being not so painful.

Good morning from Beijing. That was a nice ride down the train tracks last night. Train seems to be still in the 1.0215 station, probably lots of people unloading, others loading up. I took my profit, then put some new shorts in to scalp the rest of the journey down the line.

Ok so here are a couple of charts i would like to share. The first is an hourly chart that just shows the measurement of pure price action and the posibilities to go with it. Basically my visualization of what could happen without all the indicators clogging up the charts. Target 1 is attained and stops are at break even. Its an example of the KISS method (Keep it simple shithead). BTW not calling anyone a shithead unless your named after a certain mammal species. hahahah sorry again could not resist. Anyway its what i tell myself everyday I step to the office to bank pips for the day.

The second is a weekly and what else can I say about it other then its self explanatory. It shows what has taken place and how I visualize the potential Bear movement down the road. Many will say and think Im crazy but one thing Ive learned throughout the years is that Price action will generally return to where its been before even when its gone to where it had never been. Anyway this isnt going to happen tommorow and could take a year or so to complete after all it is a weekly chart. However a wekkly close below 1.0190 and the 2nd leg I have visualized could very well have begun.

Remember to read my signature i'll be the first to tell you i could be wrong but then again I've been at this game for many years and have seen a lot so I will trade according to what I see and bank regardless of which way it goes. So dont worry about me. Just some thoughts and ideas for the possibilities of the BBQ going on right now in Big Daddy's back yard lol.

That is mostly true.. I don't think will ever see the JPY.. Where it once was.. maybe in another lifetime lol.

Actually I have it going to the 90's lol but what the hell do I know!! I posted current chart on it t5he usd/jpy thread a few days ago. Ill post a weekly thought for you on GU over at that thread in case your curious lol

I looked at the JPY when it was at 300.00 that's going back years and years ago.. Before.. We even had a retail forex market.

I started trading, when the JPY was.. at 117.00 and went to a high off 134.00 It never retouched it again since.. I've been trading lol. Back in 2000 I started trading.

good evening gentlemen and ladies....just got home from the J.O.B..been looking over the posts since this morning ...what a ride huh...can't say I was disappointed today banked 73 pips was going to go for more due to the conversations with papa about reaching the 1.0180 area but decided to go with 1.0225 a support point I decided would be valid...trying not to be to greedy....anyway have an itchy finger to go short again but I don't trust this PA...my plan is to wait till after the news tonight and see if it bounces up...if it's a good number I might even do a small long scalp for a better short entry....good luck everyone...also was wondering if I could be added to the PT list...lol..
