I tend to try and profit from.. PA so my strategy is based around that.. I found that, this is what I'm comfortable and it works for me.. biggest issue is to be consistent lol.

I do agree at the time being long term its still bearish movement.. I am looking at a "bounce" and I think that this area is perfect for it.. or it might not be.. if it breaks through then it was a "weak" support and not enough to sustain a bounce, but also consider this.

Everyone else.. who sees it as a support.. either does 1 out of 2 things.. Either closing their "shorts" for now to get them again later.. or taking long positions on a bounce.

Everyone else who is holding will eventually give up, for a "short" time.. untill it unwinds a little bit, and then comes back from a higher level with more people aboard the train.

Good point doblece - Your 102 line matches last weeks low 'if' it breaks the rapid momentum of the train may yank our backs to the seats. Thanx for the great post.

DB says its more like art, not exactly science. From an artists perspective you could argue a trendline break on the weekly chart. Just sayin.

Let me use analogy to answer your question. A TL is like a railway. When it breaks, to me it is the zone of railway switch. After switching of railway is done, the train will move to another railway heading to another direction. Your are assuming current TL has not ended yet. But, I see it differently. -IMHO-
