I always burn the BBQ. You need to understand...

I play music, drink rum... the wife lights the fire, burns the meat, do the salads, set the table, invite the friends, feed them, clean up afterwards...

My target always was 1.2140, maybe I called to fast, but here we are... Maybe I am wrong, but we should return from we came, if not 1.212 I like.

I think we have a good chance to see at least 1.18, if not lower at this point. There has been a lot of social strife regarding austerity, and some fundamental issues that have come out this week. To top it off we broke out of the range we've been trading in to the downside. We have market flow heading down on pretty much every time frame.

I'm still short Eur/Aud and Eur/Usd right now. The E/A trade, I'm getting weary of, as Aud/Usd may be at the top of a channel, but I think it's unlikely. There is so much retail money betting on risk assets falling right now, combined with Aud being near a significant high, I'm going to put my money on seeing them bled for what they have. Euro is in the shitter for sure, though.

I hope everybody had a great weekend and nice gains from friday's drop
That drop killed all my doubts about potential up move, but again I always try to anticipate unexpectable. Friday end up with bearish engulfing candle and seems like we are heading much lower 1,1875(W1)
I would like to see her higher to enter in a better place.
I would look at 1,2195 1,2220/45 and that perfect spot for any bear @ 1,2332
I do see 1,2382 but situtation is so miserable that I don't think we will see that number soon.

As we can see sentiment among non commercial part of the market
is still very bearish. A slight reduction on both sides however
number of short sell contracts and overwhelming open interest
doesn't give much hope for euro recovery at this point.

I am looking forward to this week action as I had a break.

2131 has had 1st 15 min test and now 30min test as resistance, so far looking ok, however considering the age of the level and importance it is still early days, 1 hr next then 4hr if holds could confirm her building strength
To broker have "gap" so i guess many will be trading the close, trying to pick a bottom etc etc, I would urge caution, if it is to be a bottom, will be plenty opportunity to get entry especially if 2131 cant hold as resist then "gap" origin, then ltl of bear flag,
But ladies "all" looking bearish even with low liquidity

I'm a sucker for a good gap, so I'm long on E/U right now with my stop below the low from Sunday. TP is set for 1.2150.

I'm also long AUD/USD at 1.0305, stop is at 1.0284. TP is open.

Any thoughts?

my thoughts are still to the downside unless we see 1.2160

We are firmly in the first target zone now 1.211x to 1.206x.

I have a second target zone at 1.198x to 1.196x.

I have taken a small position to play the massive gap on the Dax almost 100 pips, I don't normally play gaps, but I do trade the Dax so we shall see.

I am standing aside atm, I sold sterling last night @1,5600 and woke up to see nice gain, my target is 1,5400 (D1)
1,0315 is a nice resistance for Aussie I would watch what will happen around that level same goes for 1,2106 in euro/dollar
if that level will be rejected I will consider short sell at this point, I'd like to see this hour to close below 1,2085 to back up my plan
1,1875 would be my mid term target
My SP chart says we could drop another 100 points to 1338,40

We have bullish divergence between USDX and EU. Risk currencies are making lower lows, while USDX is not making higher highs. Couple that with the weekend gap, and I think we have a reason to long until the gap is filled. After that I think it's safe to start playing with shorts on an intraday basis. Perhaps NY open?

Gold is falling like a rock, same goes for Dax atm, long is expected at least from technical point of view, I will pay attention to morning fix if not this than NY could give us a decent move. If 2085 give up even a small up move is screwed.

Yeah, we're kind of in a pickle here right now. I'm flat at the moment. I'd like to get some more value in a pull back to add to short positions on EU.

We could see a bounce around 1,0280 - seems like a decent support + 200SMA
