Hey Nake

I know this never ended up closing right. But here is why we would have still wanted to be careful. Notice it would have been trading right back into the former consolidation area.

H4 view. You can see there is TL on the larger time frame that may influence price action.

CHANGE YOUR BROKER . Your charts and the data on them are not correct . Here are the daily charts of those two pairs . Can you see the difference ???
Ignored
How long have u been trading live with Hotforex?
how has your experience been so far?

the difference you are seeing is probably due to broker datafeed difference, which is normal.

Chanya! thanks for pointing the Jaroo's charts to find that first level where the trader have to get vigilant.

But Im amazed how my charts are different from your ones. But if i use some other broker's charts, then I think the change of the broker would not be that much important...what do u say???

I would be happy if u let me know which broker's charts do u use for your trading.??

[b]And the most Important, i have always been struggling to understand the very basic philosophy...

hey Aslam,

You are right in that you may not have to trade off of your brokers charting only. You can use other more popular feeds such as Fxpro and only execute orders through your broker.

FTA as Chanya pointed out is the first area of S/R flip that price may find trouble at i.e has a chance of bouncing off of. All you have to do is to move your eyes in the right direction of your trade and spot any bar highs/lows in the way specially when they line up with each other. (refer to attached charts)

As price hits this region it is imperative to understand that a bounce off it should not come as a surprise. Taking some risk cutting measures like partial/full profit taking or moving the stop loss to cut down some/all risk is a good idea. Or for the very at least you just need to watch very carefully how price develops at the FTA or whether its showing signs of breaking through or holding up.

To sum it up really the FTA like other trouble areas marked by PPZs helps us to simply manage our trades better and in a logical way.

Hope this helps.

Hi, Just wanted to add one FTA to the oil chart. The one that Ghous pointed out was more important FTA, but I could add one area there to watch PA, for mgmt purposes.

And I used G's chart to play with one screenshot sw...

I looked at your chart ... then i look again at mine and i said to myself "wow man, i feel like a mad man to sell this sh*t against such a demand". Well, few seconds later i thought "pitka is good, stick to what is proof to work for you".
I still find your chart is pretty logical man!

Nice trade Mike. I didn't play the break out. I'd like to see a retrace back to the TL but maybe not. EU looks pretty weak. But GU and AU are looking strong and a bounce up I think is possible. We'll see.
