DislikedSeems like they've had a problem with "spikes on NZD related pairs overnight" and are trying to investigate/fix it. Sounds reasonable to me.....
If you lost money because of an erroneous quote(s) then raise an issue with them....if you made money then don't forget to give it back!Ignored

I'm short this pair so it doesn't have anything to do with losing money. The point is they only had a problem with "spikes on NZD related pairs overnight" on the accounts that by there own design have larger balances. Explain to me how this is a reasonable answer.Ignored
DislikedAs far as I can see they haven't provided an answer, reasonable or otherwise, all they've said is they're investigating the issue which sounds reasonable enough to me. Maybe once it's been investigated, and resolved, they will explain more about the circumstances which surrounded it's occurrence.
I'm guessing they have various servers and various liquidity providers, which may explain the discrepancy. At the end of the day it's only an erroneous spike and they seem willing to help. What more would you like them to do?Ignored
DislikedThere was a system wide spike originating at Reuters so anyone who takes a direct feed our Piggy Backs pricing from a Bank using Reuters as a primary source would have been affected. Also at the time of day most if not all Fix connections( Bank to Broker API) go down for temporary maintenance at the date change . With few banks around , brokers are relying on 1 maybe 2 feed at that time Generally pricing algos would filter out invalid moves but from what I understand from the point of source , the move occurred in a series of ticks lower (...Ignored
