Interesting side note

In the way early AM of yesterday I took a tiny long on EUR/NZD.

After a few pips in draw down it's now in profit.

I noticed that the 1.5585 level looks interesting to begin with BUT could this be an early sign of coming risk aversion,

It's way too early to tell

good evening everyone.....hey papa I'm liking the adx on the 1hr TF...she's showing a move downward correct?....If I'm reading it right.... then how far down is the next journey going to.....

I longed AUDUSD @ 1.0305 TP 1.0360 SL 1.0290
Reason... Daily and H4 broken and closed above 1.0300 chose the best opportunity to long as soon as i see a bounce off a decending trendline and the 1.0300 psych level

a break and close is a break and close... its confirmed.... this thing is bound to fly to that 61.8% fib level i have in the charts before anything reverses back down.... and 1.03 is another significant psych level of which is a S/R level...
soooo unless im wrong i still got that tight sl to keep me out...

It depends on the period of ADX you use. Bear in mind, ADX is a tough indicator to use. Have you ever seen the discussions of ADX in this forum? ADX is directionless. Your use of TL is helpful. Most time I see it as the energy level of the market. You may want to add DMIP and DMIM for further references.

Why Mohan? 1.047x is the high of April 27
But I'm still in with shorts, sl was not hit.

thank you sir, I'll look into those indicators....I definitely see how the ADX can be described as directionless...but it does form patterns ...and it could be those patterns are the certain energy level your talking about...regardless it's something i think is worth investigating.....

Seems to me, perma-bears did not show up tonight. I believe their inputs working like counterweight are important to bulls. Any one here?

Here's a nice scenario...trade the area between the blue lines using the two yellow lines for S/R points.. as long as it stays in between the blue lines like it has sine the 15th of June could be some money to be made...but a breakout to the top or bottom by 20 to 40 pips more than likely would be the game changers...just a thought ...and possibly my new trade strategy for the AUD till it breaks out..

Look at daily and tell me where we closed... Its a confirmed close above 1.0300, this thing will reach 1.0350
