Now look at this, MBeta Trader is on the red according to this list. PFG was number 41. Draw your own conclusions.

I've been with MBTF since 2007, but lately things have made me suspect you're having trouble:

1. I've submitted 2 support tickets recently and got no reply to either. This is new because I've alway gotten a speedy reply in the past. One ticket was about an issue with execution, and the other was a question about an advanced order type. The first one is certainly an issue I'd expect a reply to.

2. You've been having a LOT of computer problems, such as trouble accessing account balances, trouble accessing the main site, and trouble with the trading platform.

3. According to CFTC, your reserve cash is minimal compared to other brokers, like TradeStation, Interactive Brokers and FX Solutions. It's above the required minimum, but barely.

There are an awful lot of reasons to stay with MBTF, but none of them matter if you're not going to be around much longer. Would you mind addressing these issues and putting my heart at ease?

this is the chart of FxPro, NZDUSD M5chart, candle 17/07/2012 23:55 pm. someone identified the same fall in the same candle for 36 pips on another broker?

stop the stupid "pay for limit" program, this is killing you.

improve the quality of execution, platform stability, pay your staff more make them happy , etc.

The money lost by your tech issue is far more than you want to save for customers.

Yes, I get that drop in NZDUSD with data from FXDirekt, with a low of 0.7913. Forex Factory shows the low of only 0.7960, but DailyFX (FXCM) shows a low of 0.7909.

Forex doesn't have centralized data. Most of the time the charts will be really close with different data providers, but in circumstances like this there'll be a difference. In this case I think MB Trading is close to correct and IFX missed the boat.

It's the ISP issue I guess. ISP is blocking some IP area due to ddos attack or something like that. The attack should not be targeting MB Trading, but the ISP (maybe this ISP hold some website in which the content is threat to someone/institution, you know what I mean). So once in a while, if there is an attack and ISP blocking the IP area where the attacking is from.

But the point is why other US based brokers have no such issues or minimum, they have back up servers or their ISP is more "intelligent". I am not expert, but for what ever, it should have ways to avoid.

since i can't get a reply from your live chat, where i have been waiting for like 15 minutes...

I have a mt4 account and have downloaded your android platform. i can login into it but can't see my opened positions. what is the problem? can i even login into android platform with my mt4 account?

It's a bit worrying that a single ISP issue can take down both phones and website; and all the P4L servers.

I would think that all of your customers have a backup phone available in case they have ISP problems, but you don't appear to have even this basic level of resilience.

You can't use MBT Mobile with an MT4 account, this is stated in the account documents very clearly and on the site. If you have an MT4 PFL account, you can use MetaTrader4 Mobile. It is still coming for FREE EXN MT4 accounts.
