i have moved again my stop loss to protect more pips , grab more profits and left a small part running

Demand/Resistant zone + the trendline - it was the right time to lock the profit.

When i look at the last candle on fxcm usdollar (4Hour) it tells me it will continue downside. So it suggest me to buy eur and gbp.
So i would like to try a buy above 1.2255-60 with eurusd(because i see a resistance on this level).

As i 'm a beginner, are you agree with this idea? If no, can you try to tell me why?

no problem. i tried to put the candles in a box. Was it a "inside bar" with a downside breakout?

i suppose i have the answer when i look at the last candle. But i didn't do my buy on eurusd because i had a bad day and i don't want to overtrade and i have reached the limit of my money management (max 60 pips of losse).

that's a good decision...and even if you miss it there is more to come..just do mental rehearsal, and you will see go on internet look for beautiful pictures (like beaches, buildings...) spend 30 minutes watching these stuff, your frustration will disappear very quickly
