If the stress is coming from the trading, then don't sweat it so much. Most big traders I've talked to have told me a little stress is good. Means you're playing for something meaningful. If it's alot of stress then maybe cut down a little on exposure, unless you really want to take your best shot at a high return quickly. It's amazing how fine of a line there is between greatness and being a complete failure. As you most probably know, George Soros went "all in" against the Bank of England and just happened to win big. A couple things go wrong for him and we may not know his name - at least not quite like we do today. I just said the first example that came to mind, but there are thousands of them stories. So, only you know what you want and how much your willing to risk for it. Now if you're playing for long term and to build something up gradually then playing it safe is probably best since odds are you will get your head chopped off if you keep sticking it in the guillotine. But then again you might not become as rich that way either. Such is the dilemma in life. Anyway, I wish you luck.

nah nah its not causing me that much stress... currently floating loss chewing up 5% of the account is no biggie... but

for the last couple days i was stressed cuz my University results was about to come out, and it did yesterday. so now im so much more chilled knowing i passed my first year with grades good enough to apply to some big investment banks... when i got the news... i was like Thank god.....

well im just glad im not shorting the AU at teh Very very bottom... thats for sure.... and im glad to see the US index has room to rise....

BTW fudo, do you do analysis on the UJ?? currently holding long but its more of an intervention trade than anything.... im having a possible technical support at 78.20 as a possible place for huge Yen easing to start?

Hello everyone,

Dollar Update

The Overnight action has been really nice on Dollar but I agree with some members here that Ben will put a temp floor in around these levels once he comes out then from there you can see a nice purge lower to the low 82's level sending AUD/USD and other pairs continually higher this week and possibly next we could see 1385 on ES and commodities having a nice bounce (EX. Black swan event).

Short AUD/USD (8Pm PST) 100,000U Target 1.0250 (Hedge on Dollar exposure)

by the way US$ index is in critical position,if 83 broken ,you'll see au near at 1.04

agreed.... but i think bernanke will play games today....
QE3 is not a done deal until he says so, so its a bit premature to sell the dollar when its not confirmed yet...

We broke back below that upward trendline... maybe we shall see a low for today...

I have enjoyed reading so many good messages since last night regardless of whether or not I agreed with them.

Unfortunately, there were some exceptions.

1. I could not see the messages of some dirty-mouth or bad-attitude guys' messages because they have been on my ignore list since last week. This turned out to be fortunate to me. At least, I did not break my promise not to engage with these people anymore.

2. I posted a private message in Japanese to two members last night three hours before the news. I saw the Aussie already crossed the border (4H DTL) and was heading to Ulan Bator (1.0300) to the north of the border at 6 PM EST last night. The reason I limited my audiences to these two members was that they would understand what I meant in some way I prefer to deliver without getting disturbance from some Aussie bears. Although my post was in the public domain, it was meant for those two Japanese members only. Unfortunately, a naked young kid opened my mail and translated it with broken English without getting my permission. Such behavior was not very civilized and should not be encouraged.

In conclusion, his ability to understand something beyond his knowledge was judged by the public at the time he posted his LOL questions.

There are other factors keeping the Yen strong right now besides safe haven and the Euro crisis. When the Yen goes, it will kick off the next Asian debt crisis which is going to do serious damage not only to Japan, but the entire region, so there's a co-ordinated CB effort to prevent this at the moment.

We all know the issues China would face being the strongest currency in Asia, but Korea's consumer debt load will cause an unprecedented banking...

Apart from your eloquence I like your FA too. Spot on with the Aussie decoupling, was featured in a very nice editorial in the FR not long ago, explains the massive increase in demand for AUD from Euro and Sterling holders in the last couple of months especially.
I see no signs of this trend slowing down for some time to come.
