That's true, and that is correct. the big range is 1.06 vs 0.94. Are you saying your going to hold to your positions for.. how long do you figure?

Is that ABCD pattern i see waiting to complete??
like i said i can wait for things to come my way....
i was long at USDCHF last summer at 0.80, see how far it dipped, all the way down to 0.71 before it shot up to 0.92 around december... so yea i suppose im quite a long term player.....

All of that had pretty equal successes so I wound up pretty much broke even after several years of trading. This past year, Took all that foundation and decided to apply it to PA trading. Using trend lines, stochastics, Macd, Fib levels and Moving averages. First year to actually be consistently positive.

BTW... Just broke out of the last hours breakout box for a short at 1.0220

we just entered the Ichimoku cloud in M15 suggesting that we shall test the bottom of this cloud at 1.0200, currently a flat line at 1.0200, if broken and closed below, we shall visit 1.0150 for sure....

Just sitting here at breakeven at the moment, accounting for the 2 pips of brokerage.

Edit: closed at BE... Watching and waiting! Nothing lost, nothing gained. Still up 20 for the day.

I know, DonL. I could tell, I went through the same route you went, minus seminars never attended seminars lol. I've been trading for over 10 years.. I've went through the same muddy road.. Eventually, I started to see that forex isn't as complicated as we make it out to be, because we constantly look for the holy grail.. Once I understood that, I simplified my ways, and started to just focus on the psychology and the price action.

Combine that with ALL the knowledge acquired over the years, you become proficient. I keep saying you do something long enough, you are bound to either get good at it, or get out from doing it.

Seems to me, you've put too many stickers to your windshield. This was the reason you entered onto a wrong way without knowing what actually happened.

The H4 still say up.. for now.. but, I'm looking at the 1H.. which indicate down.. The bottom line will be when London opens.. which is very soon who will have more pressure the sellers or the buyers.. That's any once game.

Seems to me, most people think that different TF works differently. To me, they are all the same. A smaller TF is the blow-up of a bigger TF with more details. H1 is the lagging data of M15 and so on. If you keep thinking the old school way, you will stay with those old school guys forever.

LOL... I was just happy to find a way to trade that didn't initiate the adrenalin pump at the onset of pulling the trigger. Mental preparedness is just as important as managing your trade exposure and protecting your risks.

Daddybear, Almost back to the top of Friday. Still think we are heading up from here? Not much on the calendar until London time. Would like to see a move above the 125 and friday's top to go long.
