This is not me this is the news.

If we look a little closer into the fundamentals of last week and this one we can easily predict that this sentiment release will be less than forcasted.
Also we can see guys that the trend of almost all the pairs that i mentioned yesterday is exhausted and would need a little breathing space, so here comes the Prelim UoM Consumer Sentiment to give the correction a push that is badly needed.
Don't be fooled and bet the farm on this correction it is a minor one in a larger trend wich is still bearish for anti-dollar pairs so make sure to fade it and sell into rally's.

Regards,
B.R.

I think this could be one of the problems.

Bassramy has kindly taken over which someone needed to do. However, he has clearly moved it on a notch or two which I'm sure Al, Crodz and others would have also done. Bassramy template will not be the same as that on page one as I remember reading that he has increased the ATR from what Al was using and maybe some other things as well. So whereas before we were all using an identical template, now we are not. Anyway full credit to Bassramy for the continued improvement to the system - everyone is free...

Guys if you want i can post my template for the benefit off all.

My Eu JPY entered bloody Level 4 recovery. No likely to return to B/E any time this century, but who knows?
Anyway, still waiting for wise words on recovery. anybody on Level 4 ever?
I was wondering, ALorente never got to Level 4 ever.... that tells me he never entered a trade like this , such a stupid trade so to speak...but i did so i want to knwo what to do ideally

cheers

Hello please post a screen shot of your entry.
I might say that you trade 15 min, because trading the 1 hr you would be at recovery 1 and not more than that.

Also remember that Alorente and any wise trader (who I'm not yet ;-) ), is killing a bad trade when he perceive that the entry is wrong, so in this way accepting the loss but not risking of going to recovery 4. But of course if you keep looking at the market thorough a 15 min lens you will always fell you could be right.....
Best regards
max

This is called divergence a strong one.
Both are trending down on D1 one more than the other, if u go long it will be definetly against the trend, if you have the patience wait for the long correction to be over and then short @ the upper H4 band you will be putting the odds or probabilities in your favor.

Hm.... Mid term, I'm not so sure about that. By the time price reaches upper band, daily will be confirmed long (or sooner).
Like I said several times, my system differs in few things. ATR size is only one of them. Still, I don't want to spread any news believe or unconfirmed holly grail, but.... anyway, if you have willing to discuss something, I'd like to discuss with you my alteration to the system privately. I've been testing it for last few weeks and the results are very good. So, if you are interested, send me a pm.

Hi everyone, I'm new here AND to Forex trading AND to trading in general :-) but I like to learn new things especially if there's even might be real money in it. Currently I'm in the phase of looking for the Holy Grail system and this thread caught my eye yesterday. Started reading the thread from start to finish (on page 17 now and counting) but I downloaded the packet from page one so that I can see on a live screen what I should look for as I'm reading all the posts. Now I already gathered that the system has evolved significantly from where it was at its inception, but I assume the one in the packet on post 1 is the current one.

Okay now for my question finally! :-) Below is how my screen looks like with the lorente large chart.tpl loaded. In the upper right corner there is a "box" of info above the one showing spread, TMA Size, etc... Now for me this "box" does nothing. As you can see on the picture it always says 1.5988 in large green numbers, Trix Cross shows Bull and Option says Label in red, Candle: 14:58 etc... Now I have 8 currency pairs open in separate tabs in MT4 and all of these tabs has the exact same template loaded. If I go to every tab, the upper right corner indi stays the same with these numbers. Ummm, in case you are wondering of course this screenshot was taken when market was still live yesterday. If I hover over the indi with the mouse it says in a popup box: "aTrixBox" and 1.22757 but only on the EURUSD chart, on the other charts even this popup message is missing. Is this the normal way this indi should work and I should be patient until I get to a post in the thread which explains its secrets or is this some kind of bug?

About 20 pages back or so someone posted an EA that I know more than a few people downloaded and said they were going to try.

I did as well, and so far it has NOT made any trades (where I have others running that are). Anyone else get it to trade?

Hi Al, and Hi every body here.

Around the time you started this thread is around the time I learned about Forex trading. I went in search to find out more about it and made up my mind that I am going to do what ever it takes to learn it. It has been a slow journey, have read the first few pages of very many system without making sense of any. This was one of the first ones I perused thru and moved on. After getting no where, I started narrowing down the number of systems I would consider seriously and have decided this is the one. I have only read 30 pages (there is one where I read 400 pages, tried it out for 6 weeks but my results were disappointing - not blaming it on the system though, but myself).

On page 1 you posted the file with the indicaters, there are 14 indicators in that file. Do I have to load all of them? Are the M15 ones also included in that file because you said you had moved on the H1 time flame? I would really like to demo with M15 atleast to start with as this would enable me take more trades until I learn the system.

I would like to thank you ever so much for this great system.

Dear Trading friends!

Thanks for the answers.... Agony still there, if it was not a demo the oportunity cost of not being able to enter other trades would have been huge.

As Dorrelino (spelt right?) posted, I remember Al saying that if it was against him, he would get out. The thing is I am not experienced enough to KNOW whether/when EU JPY was against me...that's simple really (or maybe not) but the less you know the more you lose.... Still I am with recovery, since STOPS were only a way to give brokers my hard earned money ....
YES it was a 15M entry! will post entry when get home...I do take a snapshot of every entry and keep a log...

All I see right now after some months with this system it's that TRENDs are NOT my friends and when something trends I enter recovery...

Do you guys have a filter to avoid this appart from the existing indicators?
Mix of trades Return Today: na
