just scalped 6 pips on the dax 6389 to 6395, didn't realise how much a pip was worth on it, christ!

Works out to around £1.60 per 0.10 lot on mine if I've got it right
Long dow after the pull back. I should of entered on that bullish inside bar right on support indicated with the pretty red arrow, but typical, my pc was restarting while that move got underway!
Closed for +30
Double size then, my first Oil trade I traded 3lots expecting Mini lots and got standard lots, $3 per pip, why am I -$15, OMG CLOSE!!
I see my GU broke down, never turned up so wouldn't of taken it, better, shoulda joined in short.
Back to real trading tomorrow 1 day of thinking is enough!

Nice, 1 loser, 2 winners so +20 - 30 pips today ??
Look how well DOW tracked to my system :-
When it broke over the Red Dashed line, it didn't break back under the thick green line at that point, tracking up it multiple reverse for ages then broke through and didn't look back.
all 3 indexes read aswell, very similar, Gold also and Oil almost as good, Forex's where TRASH!!!
Forex getting lowered in priority isn't it, plan B nothing on the index's to trade only.
One day I'll catch that 200 pip move and retire for 6 months.
currencys have been sidelined for now, I may just give up trading them all together as I much prefer these indices as they're much easier to trade, for me atleast.

-30 on that silly dow trade this morning, +30 on another dow trade this afternoon, +6 on the dax, +11 on the ftse and +20 on the dow just now, so +37 for the day, not too bad!

I caught a 200pip move at $10 per pip trading Futures years back, sat there glued to the screen watching it scream up, checked the account no order hey should be 2K in profit, I'd only gone the wrong way and been margin called -$300 or something.
Another just before it started to move, my cat jumped on the mouse button over the close trade and closed it, didn't reopen it, damn cats.
Just once would be nice, my method is setup to actually get them, but still NO
Not side lining currencys yet, might be a good index's blip they might go back to being slow and nasty and random and FX might have good days.
Gold and Oil perform well and similar to index's, but when FX is good there slow and vice versa.
Friday should be fun, plan to trade again!!

Unlucky with that 200 pip trade, I've entered short when I've meant to enter long plenty of times and vice versa, its a nightmare and quite frustrating.

Likely only done it 5 times my entire life, was glued to the chart and partying so didn't look at the account screen, you'd really think you'd get a random chance break, do something stupid and get away with it from time to time, but you really don't it's interesting.

You're not wrong there about never getting away with it from time to time, mess up and you get screwed every time haha hopefully it'll be like last friday, flat until US open then a big move, happy days!!
Failing at waking up so dead in the am would be ideal and busy later, which is standard from a Friday anyway.
Got till 5 with 1 call out and a quick perv at the secretary's around the town booked!!
