  1. 7:20 AM More signs of disinterest in Japanese stocks - Goldman Sachs (GS) has scaled down its prime brokerage business there, according to sources, moving a chunk of the operation to Hong Kong. In May, Goldman shuttered its Japanese stock loan desk, also moving those operations to Hong Kong. The bank is Japan's biggest prime broker. Comment!

Check the DX. Dollar in full control after the whole world decided to devalue and print money and take a bit of the "artificial" competitive advantage of the US printing money like mad and softening the dollar.

Key levels in play there (not tradable btw) but multi-year bottom on the making that can put a hard stop on the 8 years downtrend. DX above yearly highs and a further test 86.xx looks around the corner. A break above will open a whole new world for all currencies across the board...

Relatively easy pips so far but trading the new lows every time sets up risk for a bounce

I have paid for lunch and dinner tomorrow , looking to pull the plug soon, not feeling too generous today..

Well, it was hard to do but I'm officially flat ALL my EUR/USD and GBP/USD shorts. I'm now only holding EUR/GBP. The paper profits were too much to be staring at and we've found some trendline support in the 1.2170ish area.

I still believe 100% in lower prices to come, but I'd prefer rebuilding a position right now rather than holding out with the one I'd built over the last couple weeks.

Here's to banking profits!

looking to book some profit on the gbp..@5421.. and reload if we bounce. looking for a scalp eu long 2132 area.. after 2136 target. need to watch here after 2136, 2132 and 2125 could be supports for a bounce. a tight area.. candles may give a clue.. it may be worth the dozen pip risked. 2328+ may be reasonable reward. it may or may not stop here.. its counter trend..and we may have many bounces here,
we are not here yet.. the low is 2165 as i type.
