Not more than 5/6 % of capital at my all positions - sometimes bending my rules but not in a harming way, did one overweekend position since then decided to keep my risk within limits, btw thanks for v

It changes during the trading day.
If I have some profits on first trade I "re-use" them (the profits) in next trades, either to extend my SL or trade bigger positions.
But 1-2% of capital balance per trade is reasonable.
If your scalping and have 5 or 6 loosers then you're out 10%.
If you're position trader with 1 trade per week you can risk much more I think...

It is pretty close what Halkins said - 5/6 rule would apply for scaling and building a bigger mid term position, if its a single trade I would not go more than 1% probably a bit less. RR has to be at least 3:1 but most of mine goes beyond 5:1 as my main move would be off H4 TF. We do have different goals in terms of pip count and holding period - for me personally shifting from lower TF's to higher ones brought much more success to my trading. I thing that capital size does its role as well.

I think we have almost similiar concept but i dont building mid term position,I am just enter on 4H and let it flow until exhausted on daily and averagely took 1:5 over RR,In a year we can took 200% back safely ( No compound yet ) with 1% rules

Btw,I am only focus on EU

Yeah pretty much I guess. I am currently trying to work on the bigger swings, how to spot them and most of all how to micro manage them - this at least for me is a psychological aspect of trading. To be able to keep your head cool, adding and securing position at specific levels, having confidence in your plan - simple "let your winners run" concept. Swing trading gives opportunity for position building off "market money" ergo reducing risk on your main capital. This is how I am trying to trade, I hope I will master it in time.

a proper MM play a big roles as the more high % I am risk the more emotion I am and the more faster I am close my position,thats my personal experience.I wonder some of you have experience this problem also ?

Classic example of how emotions trade for us - we all been there and I think only few have comfort of trading without issue. Generaly I believe if size of your position makes you sweaty when it is going against you - you should trade smaller lots. This is very good way of teching yourself and be comfy with loosing money
