GER uptrend, put in a base, looking to go Long also, hesitated want 3 pips lower, SL under lows.

Might of missed it

1 pip spread on the DAX is awesome, scalpers wet dream, you can get out on a 4pip move and make 3 pips rather than BE area.

Which broker does the lowest spread on these index's?

Thats more than DAX moved, but 6 spread on DOW currently, I think it drops to 4 when the usa is open.


GU isn't moving, slow time so odds are it'll continue with trend ie UP when us session starts to kick in.

Shame I missed DAX +13 here

Hi everybody,

I have been trading DAX alongside with EU and GU for a while. I can confirm that many days DAX offers much better probabilities than any currency pairs and therefore takes some pressure off making stupid calls in currencies (at least for me ) Just for curiosity, what broker you are using to trade dax ?

FXCM Standard here.

GU is turning down finally, will tighten SL incase it's a fake!!!

DAX went 20+ so far, place trade first, type after LOL

I'm currenly with FXPRO, 1.5 spread on the dax, 1 on the ftse 100, 3 spread on the dow

Nice predicatable move on the dow just, everythings had a blip up though, DAX would be +40 here without any hesitation.

GU still holding around BE, SL is at 6, but it's not joined in on the rally really, so should sell back when the others retrace, BIG SELLER!!

Nope deffo not a typo, it says I opened the trade at '12642', strange that!

Its called the 'September 2012 Futures Mini Sized Dow' with my broker/thief?

Different future contracts and DOW actual price, they'll all follow each other but the numbers may differ I guess.

SL is at break even on that dow trade, currently +28 on that as of typing this, TP is set at 12510

I'm with Oanda, trading a subaccount in Metatrader. My rates for US30 are about 10 points lower than on your chart.

CFD trading is decentralized as well?

Looking at the charts, these index's seem to move in one direction a fair amount of pips unlike any of that currency clutter whipsaw madness, looking at the 15m and 30m timeframes and above, when the price stalls and makes some sort of reversal bar at S/R, be it pin bar, engulfing of whatever, its usually followed by a big move, where as with currencys, thats usually a trap and you get screwed, lol

I think the old trusty currencys may have to get sidelined for a bit, while I steal a living from mr dow and mrs dax.
