The top demand zone has been tested twice to move PA up. Therefore the top DZ is no longer fresh; hence PA manage to drop and break through top DZ. But PA bounce up from the next bottom DZ which is of higher TF; i guess.

Laurence, I should have explained this chart setup. Just like Support becomes Restistance and vice versa, Supply became Demand and vice versa. But I only use this setup when we have a huge run up through a Supply zone and as it retraces it now becomes the Demand Zone. The thinner yellow line was a 30 min Supply Zone which also became a Demand Zone. Don't get to tied up on this concept, I very rarly use it.

It depends on what my PA vs Volume looks like on the second bounce. For example, on the first bounce If I have a high spread black down candle with a ultra high black volume bar and it touches the Demand zone then shoots up, then returns lower into the Demand zone but now the candles have a low spread (small candle) with short black volume bars then this is telling me that the institutions are no longer interested in lower PA, PA then starts its climb. Good area for the Zone. It was my 987% extension of my 1-2-3 fib study. However, we didn't have the proper PA vs Volume set up for a long. The ultra high down volume bars where telling us that the institutions where not ready to take PA higher. Now if we had a shakeout candle (pin) with a ultra high volume bar in the Demand zone then this would have been a good long.

Hi Rocky!

Been using S/D trading for last 3 months,wasn't having much luck,work in progress.Just started using Fibs with it and recently found your thread, i'm at the beginning but will read through it all, get a little confused with all the trend lines and there placement and what they represent at certain levels but i'm in for the long hall.Oh by the way glad to finally see some futures charts as that is what i trade and you never see those charts on this site,so now i can pull them up when your teaching.Thanks

I trade s/d zones too,only the wicks behind the zone,that's where I place my orders,wicks behind the zones represent UNFILLED ORDERS,once I started trading the wicks my p/l improved,try it

how many minutes are there to create a weekly chart?

is it 1440Hours x 5days = 7200hours

or

1440Hours x 7days?

I would think it's 5days but I want to know your views.

Laurence, I've tried both, I prefer using 10080 Min for my weekly chart.

Rocky,can you tell me how to get the weekly Demand zone from this chart that are on your M1,not coming up with the same numbers as you.I know how to draw Fib Retr but having problems with the Fib ext
