EJ trade and how the SL got tightened . if this process is followed then SL trigger will become very rare. target will come first ...

Did a few quick changes to the EA to make it work better with RBs (5) and changed the entry to get in faster, similar to version 2.

I am only using the open and close of the RB and am not using the wicks, so it doesn't matter if they are on or off.

In this screen shot there are 2 trades, the first one got stopped out the second went for PC and take profit.

With unimak's additions it will be interesting to see what will happen, they are not being used in this setup.

Have to run, will get back at it later.

I may be in the wrong thread but since my post(924) I have had 1 loss , the trade went 42pips and then turned and stopped out for -50 pips ,and 1 win which I will post here , cheers John

Could you check please.( it was agresive mode)

You will need to read the HA candle values from your chart to see why, here is the logic.

if(HAcndOpen2<HAcndClose2 && HAcndOpen1>HAcndClose1 && Bid<HAcndLow1)

(1) It could be candle (2) is a doji (Open and Close are the same)
(2) Present candle(0) Bid did not go lower than the Low of candle (1).


I can change these if you want to be more aggresive, either 1 or 2 or both, let me know.

Here is that previous trade with the other indicators on the chart, they were not used for these trades, just testing the plain entry.

I have attached my chart with indicators on for EJ , the SL should be made to behave that way , then it will not trigger.

seller9;please change more aggresive.When HA color changed if cci cross 100 line and stoch cross each other and cross 20-80 line. the EA takes a trade.

Here is something to play with untill the EA is completed. I have added the Semafor as part of the trade alert along with what had previously been posted (candle breakout). It will look back a Max of 300 bars to find the last Semafor Sun, I think this should be far enough. Still more to add to this EA, but put this on a demo and see how it does. Try the default settings and see how it goes.

RenkoLiveChart_v3.4 is the RB EA I am using on a M1 chart set at 5 pips per bar for EURUSD and EURJPY to generate the offline chart to put the EA on, wicks can be on or off, it does not matter.

You need the #4X 3 Semafor Alert in your indicators folder as the EA calls it to find the Sun.

I will take another look at that, but I believe that will not work for an aggressive mode, as the STO was 1 candle late most of the time.

the chart does not reflect the same in mine, in mine there is not brkout from the river , i used 5 RB . may be broker , try the same in couple of other brokers .

This is usdchf yesterday trade I had lost.stop was 25 pips.
The ea got long third bar finished after band broken.it was late.
you see after my trade stopped ,it went 100 pips nearly.

is it possible to get signal first bar closed on band or first bar opened on band?

yes but trade to go long fires only on a brkout of the river as per neal rule .

another way to of tighening sl is to get the value of top ichi for ( 4 12 24 ) setting and add 15 pips to it to arrive at the sl value, this will take care of the false brkouts and spikes.

hi seller - how do you uae at one time 2 EAs on the chart ? I can see the renkos(=EA) AND the RB_Renko_v1 EA on ONE chart ? On the other hand - in the zip folder in post #1 again are two diff. templates (one for the renko AND one for thetrading EA) ... Im a bit confused ?

The Renko template goes on a M1 chart that will then create your offline chart. You then place the River EA on the offline chart. It takes 2 charts for every pair. Be sure you have plenty of history for your M1 chart when you create your offline Renko chart.

I am running EA on EURUSD and EURJPY and got 1 hit last night as shown below.

I haven't quite figured out how to incorporate the Trend lord indicator into the EA as it is only a price average and just seems to follow the price action.

1) What are you using to create your RBs?
2) Is the BEJS really 1/0/0, or is that a miss print?
3) Go to first page and download lastest version RB_renko_v1

Are there any good setfiles for the Ichimoku EA for most comon pairs like eurusd, eurjpy, gbpusd etc? with my settings trailing stop doesnt work and i really dont know why...

You may think that I have been slow to develope some of the other EAs that some of you have requested or changes to present ones and you are probably correct. At this time since the RB_renko_v1 EA seems to have the most potential that is the one I have been paying the most attention to. When you have a winner, run with it, and this one seems to have legs so far.

So for the time being some of the other EAs have been put on hold as we perfect the River EA, this may be the only EA you will need, at least for now or until the market tells us differently.

Be sure to use the latest from the first page.
So far I have been using it only on the EURUSD and EURJPY as they have some nice consistant runs, you don't want pairs that jump all over the place, the EA likes a fairly nice trend.
